My daughters and I have come several times for nail services. For the most part, we have had pleasant experiences. My oldest daughter has had a full acrylic set done twice and both times now, they all popped off of her nails within a few days of being put on. Ar first I thought she was just very clumsy until it started happening to me within a couple days of having mine filled, this past week. Separation on multiple nails is what I noticed first and then breaking from simple chores such as putting laundry into my dryer. I am not new to acrylics. I had them done for around 13 years in multiple states. I have only been in South Dakota for 7 years and only recently got back into having my nails done just for the sake of not having anywhere to have them done. I have never in my life seen nails pop off within days of application or breaking off while doing simple chores. I have also never seen black bubbles in the gel same day, which we have experienced after everytime receiving services.

After reading several other interactions between unhappy customers and this establishment, I have chosen not to attempt to have anything fixed as I have been unimpressed with their internet presence and their in person customer service skills or lack thereof.

I have had my nails done here a fee times and I am never fully happy with them. The last two time they weren't straight, I wasn't asked how shirt before they cut them,I reminded the gentleman about 3 times about my design and he still didn't do it even after offering to show him the picture again. I was not going to say anything about it again. Everyone is nice enough but for the price you pay they should be paying better attention to what they are doing. The price isn't bad and I don't mind paying that if the quality is there.

Something has changed at this salon! Stopped going for a while, It had a bad vibe and didn't seem to want my business. I got a gift certificate and went back. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean & they did a great job.

Came up to see my daughter...I live out of state. Thought we would do pedicures. No did not make an appointment cause they take people as they come in anyways. We was there at opening time. Sat there for 20 mins and decided to leave. Won't go back!

I have been going here for awhile and they have always done a wonderful job. Just got my nails for xmas and omg so adorable looks just like the picture I showed them....they even do gift certificates

Interior design has a slightly more upscale feel than most nail salons I've been in. Price was 30-40% higher than all other salons (10-15 salons in 5 states) that I've been in. Pedicure was fine but was only about 1/2 the time as any other basic pedicure. She left for my nails to dry, 15 minutes later she hadn't returned.

THIS IS FREAKING RIDICULOUS! they overcharge and it is absolutely disgusting!! i had the same thing as my cousin that went and we had a 9 dollar difference! i am never coming back here and i recommend you guys don’t either! their customer service is also horrible!! they also threw money at my cousin for asking where the extra 5 dollars came from! please NEVER go here!!! they told us 30 minutes, we waited for 2 whole hours! THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS! please never ever go here or support this business!
