I live in the US and Ortigia. I have been to this shop twice. The second time I was a few minutes late - not more then a real five minutes and was turned away. My hair is short and doesn’t need much. Isn’t there a five minute rule? Especially when the shop was empty. I have found another. A bit insulting to the customer.
I just had my haircut this morning and had a fantastic experience. It was my first haircut in Italy and the barber was extremely experienced, professional and had great communication (thankfully in English!). Highly recommend
