Update: I visited another beauty supply chain and the staff was horrible. I decided then that I will only go to my orange beauty location. They check on you to see if you need assistance, I can't say enough how friendly they are, and they have good deals.

I had a great experience at Orange Beauty Supply and I will definitely be back. 1st off the parking lot is accessible unlike some of the other's that I've frequent. They had a young lady that helped me to find what I was looking for. And they had everything I needed and more.. and they offered a store discount. And did I mention that all had on masks..

I love them and forever will be a customer. They always have what i want and need and if not they order it and get it in. Nice selection of things as well

I JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY MY AND I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING! MY MOTHER WAS ASKED TO PUT ALL OF HER PERSONAL AFFECT ON THE COUNTER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE STORE AND WE WAS TRUELY EMBARRASSED AND WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!

Store is neat and well organized. Employees are really nice and helpful. I like this particular beauty supply because the aisles are nicely spaced and doesn't make you feel claustrophobic or crowded unlike a beauty supply at Kingshwy and MLK..

Place is newly opened and in the midst of stocking shelves. It took several attempts at talking to different people to get the point across at what I wanted. I had braids before the chemo and hair is almost long enough to replace them. I wanted good quality hair and am not a child therefore not ashamed that it came back silver. Will see if they sold me what I asked for.

To be honest, i think they racially profile at this store. I don't if it's because of the area this store is in or what. I typically like to shop at stores where I'm not watched at like a hawk. Needless to say, i won't be back.
