1st time here, Kyle did a great job! They were nice and patient with my 3 yr old daughter. She loves her nails. Nice place I'm glad I tried them. I'm scheduled to return!
The lady that did my ombre nails and pedicure was amazing, I am too picky and she spent the extra time catering to my nails and feet. Love this place, will be back.

My pedicure was nice but I actually said out loud "ouch!". I don't know what happened exactly but my toe hurt for 2 days. When I had my manicure, the side of my finger was cut along the nail. It was still bleeding an hour later. I also only had 1 coat of polish put on. I just wanted clear. I was surprised that there wasn't a top coat or something that would make my nails glossy. They were dull and 3 days later, the polish is coming off along the tips of my nails. I don't think I'll go back.
One of the best hidden gems! Great customer service, quality of service is excellent and cleanliness of the salon and tools are exceptional and up to standard.

Had my nail done yesterday and they were absolutely horrible. Nails were too think, polish was on my cuticles and wasn’t smooth on my nails. I did point out some flaws to my tech, but he made it worse.
I paid and went to another salon to get them fixed.
Save yourself time and money and do not go to Op Nails. Michelle’s Nails on Fenton Road did a great job.
