Absolutely amazing! I’ve been searching for a permanent nail salon and I’ve found it. They came highly recommended so I decided to try them. They have 7 wall shelves filled with nail polish and dip powder, 12 seating areas for manicures and pedicures. Everyone greeted and smiled when I came in - I wasn’t left waiting awkwardly at the entrance like has happened before at other salons. The front desk speaks English well and some of the nail techs do as well. The guy I got had trouble with English, but he did exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail was incredible and I didn’t have to point things out or have him go back and fix things. He also matched my color perfectly to the inspo pic I showed him. I’m so happy - I’m definitely coming back and I already told my friends! I was also there less than hour including picking my color, getting my nails done and paying. I paid $60 including tip for dip powder, short to medium nails and coffin shape. They also do designs! I added what I wanted (long blue nails), what I got (short blue nails) and what my friend got, which she paid $50 for.

Came here for acrylic removal and a new set. Decided on the Ooltewah Nail Bar after reading the glowing reviews and I wasn’t disappointed! I walked in and was immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere and clean environment. Was able to be seated immediately and was taken care of by Michael who seamlessly took off my old set with no pain and got my new set completed in less than an hour. Michael helped recommend a new nail shape as opposed to my normal coffin shape and did a fantastic job on my polish and design! I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed that I knew I had to.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my nails. The workers were super friendly and nice, always making sure everything was going well. There was a point in the process of me getting my nails done where my right thumb nail looked crooked when he was filing it and I let him know. He fixed it right away and said, “thank you for letting me know.” The pricing was a bit high but it was worth it.

I am honestly surprised with the review I left unhappy, I even tried to tell the tech they were not even but she just kept going. I’ve been to better shops in the area but decided to give them a try, unfortunately I shouldn’t have take a look… I go about every 3 weeks but I can’t tell they won’t last… I also got a pedicure nothing spectacular the tech was extremely nice. . . Update 1 week they are peeling an lifting

They are always so nice! You welcomed with warm greeting at the door. I believe they really care about the customers needs. Anthony does great with the creativity on my dip nails. Mary does great on my pedicures and MiMi as well! Great work from any of them really!

I got cluster lashes done here and the Lady used something like nail glue. It would not come off. My eyes were irritated and swollen. I went back to have them removed but they only wanted to to fix them. I had to go to a lash tech and it took her an hour and change to remove them. The tech told me she glued the clusters to my eyelid which caused the irritation. I still have a clump of glue stuck on my lashes the tech didn’t want to remove because I lost so many lashes. Go to a real lash tech. 3 of my dip tips broke in 2 days.

They did such an incredible job. The staff is so friendly, the building is really clean, and I was seen immediately even as a walk-in. My nails look and feel amazing. I will definitely be back! ????

Nicole is AMAZING.... She kills my pedicure everytime which speaks to how consistent she is... she delivers art and out shines any nail influences I bring to her... thank you Nicole. Atmosphere is super relaxing and welcoming ????
