Love Ocean Nails. All the technicians are friendly and the service is awesome. Love it so much, took my twin granddaughters there for their first mani/pedi. Of course they wanted rainbow nails, and the staff did not hesitate. They treated them like royalty????. Thanks Ocean Nails!
I hadn’t realized I had had a bad pedi just recently un til after I saw the results from Ocean Nail. I thought I noticed my pedi wasn’t as good - nail bed looked rough and cuticle exposed. Snd it is back to the way I know is a job exceptionally done. So thrilled to find this nail spot! And so convenient right next to Publix with plenty of parking. And everything inside is brand spanking new! The chairs were insane. Soft leather. And another thing I haven’t seen….wiping down the chairs and not filing in customers to wait…asking them to come back in 30 minutes instead of filling the place up. Just respecting cleanliness and health and safety of customers stood out because once again, in Cary, this is NOT being done.
I was very unpleased with my visit. It was my first time but for my first visit I was very dissatisfied. My nails are chipped and look terrible a week later. I was convinced to get “dip powder” because “it lasts longer” which it does not. Gel holds up way better than the powder, anyways I will not be coming back to this place. The staff were friendly and welcoming but I’m just not satisfied and will not be returning.

I had pink and white dip, it cost me $60. The nails cracked 3 days later. The owner Maylee fixed and 2 days later it all cracked again. I called asked for a refund. She said NO, offered to fix again. It’s the worst dip I’ve ever had. Very disappointed Too much money. The same thing happened to my daughters dip. I spent $200 that day, waste of money. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Had a very pleasant experience at Ocean Nails and Spa . Love to be able to stay on the island and not go OTB! Got a very pretty hombre nail done with powder. Miley did a great job on eyebrows and Cecila did the nails! Felt very comfortable with their cleanliness and covid precautions.
My pedicure was great. I was watching as she started but the polish looked like a kindergarten done it. She had to start over several times. She was clipping the polish off if my skin instead of using remover. I finally told her to stop or I would not have any nail left. I wanted to cry. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the service.
