I have never had more cheap acrylic applied to my nails. They all broke off with in two days , mind you this has never happened to me . They were bumpy they were uneven and all around ugly . I’m super upset that this costed so much for such a horrible job . I will never go here again and I will stick to more reputable nail salons
My sister went here to get her nails done, they were uneven, not filed down at all, and two weeks later still not coming off. We tell her to soak them in acetone. The glue under the nail is the only thing that dissolved. So you guys might to be using something else. Something that isn’t safe for nails, clearly. Don’t go here.
Came in here on a Saturday thinking it would be packed! They are beyond amazing!! They take their time with the pedicures. Their prices are great. They offer water and candy. It’s so relaxing inside. I will be coming back! I will travel all the way from Alpine just to come here for my pedicures !!
I am normally not one to leave negative reviews for places but my service today warrants it. I came in with my mom for mother's day pedicures. They seemed kinda busy but we asked if they had time for 2 pedicures or if we should come back and they said they had time. We picked out our polish and sat in the pedicure chairs. We sat there for about 30 minutes without any water in the tubs. When we did get a nail tech over she did my entire pedicure while my mom sat there and worked on my mom directly after. This wouldn't be a big deal if the entire pedicure wasn't extremely rushed. The tech went through my pedicure so quickly that there was still polish all over my skin by my toes. My favorite part of pedicures is the massage and rubbing lotion on my calf only for 30 seconds each leg was their massage. No feet nor any pressure added. I am super disappointed in the service. It seemed like they valued quantity over quality. I would have gladly come back at a different time had I known the pedicure was going to be so rushed and done poorly.
I've been going here for 11+ years, but I'm seriously thinking of finding a new place to get my manicures.
This last visit, there was only one customer, getting a manicure, but it still took the lady 15 minutes to start giving me the pedicure.
She then tried repeatedly to manipulate my foot to unnatural and painful positions, that may be easier for her to work on my toenails, but absolutely not good for me.
And then, the pedicure itself was painful.
The leg massage, which is the little "treat" I get at the end, was fast and short, as if to just get away with doing something.
When they were closed for quite a few months, I actually looked for a different spa pedicure place, and 95% of them sucked.
I will have to go back to the one place I felt did a good job, and see if they will become my new to-go place!
We surprised them with 8 people coming in at 6pm for pedicures a nail dip and a manicure. They treated us so well and did not make us feel like we were too much. Amazibg people! Plz go see them, you’ll be happy you did.
I went in and showed a picture with a simple design. They told me yes and sat me down and did my nails, all white, then said they can't do a design at all. I asked for just some black lines to break up the white and they told me no, but still charged $45. If you can't do it, tell me that before I sit down to get my nails done. I'm so upset.
Wonderful services at good rates! Do not be in a hurry here. No appts means if there are a lot of customers staff will serve them as well, lengthening your services.
