There was a bit of wait- which was a bummer because I did make an appointment. But it’s always a good sign when a business is full of customer. They were kind and had a quick turn around. The tech matched what I wanted and was polite and easy to talk to. They do good work and they do it efficiently so even if they’re busy the wait won’t be long and is well worth it.
I had an appointment today at 2:30 with Helen I believe her name was and the lady was so harsh and rude. I told her few times she was hurting me and she ignored me, I got up and told her I did not want her to do my nails. She got mad and tried to calm me down. I said I want someone else to do my nails. Every one of my nails hurt. I will never ever come back to this place again. The worst nail service ever.
This place is amazing! Family owned, small business and they make you feel like a friend from the moment you step in. They have fun trends and the quality of everything they do is on point! Do your self a favor and check them out!
Worst nail shop ever! The lady that answers the phone rush people. I have lived in Oakville for 5 years and I decide to go here one day! They rushed on my nails and they are so harsh with your hands. Never going back.

Every time I come here it's great! The ladies are always friendly and do a great job. I usually get a pedicure and once in a while a manicure. Always relaxed when I leave with perfectly painted toenails and smooth feet ????
