Nice friendly place to hang out. They serve food for the older people. They also give out commodities and they have computers that you can use to get on if you need to look at anything on the computer. Also they have a pool table in there. And they always have popcorn and drinks for everyone who comes in.

Quiet and not a bajillion people like riverside. Splash pad has cannons and several different water outlets. Has nice tables for shade. Also nice because splash pad is gated off. 2nd year in a row we did our boy's parties here.
My sister and I went to this senior center to get help with some paperwork due to her continued illness and the people here are fantastic. After she was assisted they invited us to look around the center and we learned of the activities they offer on a daily basis and were invited to join them anytime. I would highly recommend this senior center for anyone senior that needs assistance with the nonstop paperwork that one receives when seeking any type of assistance, disability etc. The lady that assisted us was very educated when it comes to this type of need and was extremely thorough in the knowledge of how things are determined and what to expect next. Before we left we signed up for their monthly mail list of activities etc. Great center, great ppl. Will definately return and visit.
Shelia who runs the office was a complete rude person!!! We waited in the office for 5 minutes without any there!!! We finally rang the bell and again nobody!! I went around the corner (after a worker who walked by earlier and noticed us just standing there went in and out of the office and said nothing to us) and seen 3 people at a table along with the worker who seen us all just sitting there doing nothing!!! A older lady asked if we needed something so I proceeded to tell her I was looking for a shelia and she told me o she's right here eating!! If you want to go in the office and wait she will be with you when she gets done.... I replied with um well we've been in there for awhile already!! We started to walk away and Ms. Shelia proceeded to say loudly that "since I was so rude she was going to take her time" well guess what shelia you just lost $210!! O and maybe when you answer the phone you may want to be a little bit more professional and not so damn rude!! You where also rude when I call and rude when my friend called and we still came up there to try and rent your facility but sorry took our business elsewhere and not that you cared!! So to anyone wanting to rent there facility it's a nice place because I had a party there before but I sure in the hell dont recommend it anymore because shelia is rude and unprofessional!! You may want to get another job Ms. Shelia
