I went in today for an appointment for a full set, when I arrived I was told to take a seat and I waited for about 30 minutes until beginning my set. I normally do not mind waiting but once I began my set I showed the nail tech the design I wanted, which I was told I would be able to get done today. After all the acrylic was placed and the base color was on I was told it was too busy for her to complete my design. I ended up paying $55 for a very short and simple set even though it was not what I had asked for. It was very disappointing but staff was nice.
Have been here once before and had a great first experience! However, the second time i went to get a fill, I wasn’t as lucky. The girl who did my nails took off my nails completely, compensating for a full set although I communicated that is not what I wanted. Not the biggest deal, although I only needed a fill. The girl was rough and managed to mess up the dip color, leaving it patchy and overall looking horrible/lumpy. She then managed to shape my nails after the dip and left them very uneven. It wasn’t until I said something multiple times that she finally made them even.The nails also began to peel as she filed them after they were painted. I still have strands of glue coming off the side of my nails. There was also no after clean up and I was left with dry, cracked hands from the acetone to remove my nails (even though I only wanted a fill!!). After sitting there for a painful 2 hours of her trying to figure out how to finish my nails, I left with nail polish on my hand and $60 down the drain. Overall, horrible experience.
I've been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I really like the owner, and I usually get a pedicure. I love pedicures from there. We went there last night to get our manicures and pedicures for my sister's wedding. We had an appointment and we were still there 4 hours! I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. The nails looked like a child did them. I complained and they replaced the two that were on completely crooked. When I was leaving, I had the owner look at them. I told her I couldn't figure out what, but something was wrong. She inspected them and pulled the girl that did my nails over. They spoke to each other in a different language. The lady said I will give you 10 dollars off. While they were talking, I realized what was wrong. The tips were not glued down. I told them I really did not like them and I didn't want to pay 80 dollars for something I didn't like. The girl that did my nails was extremely rude the entire night. The owner seems very sweet, but seems like a push over. As much as I hate to say don't go there, I am warning you to save your money and your time. My pedicure was horrible too, this time. She left the previous color on my toes in several spots. The owner tried to talk the girl into giving me 50% off but she refused. They offered to redo them but I'd been the 4 hours, it was 10:00 at night and I was extremely frustrated by how rude the lady was being. If my sister's wedding was not the next day and I wasn't in it... I'd have had them removed and just left. I'm posting pictures, but they really don't do justice to how horrible they are. I cannot wait to have them removed tomorrow.
This place is horrible. My friend and I went In there to get a sets of acrylics. Hers were lumpy, the polish was not completely finished, she had cuts all around her nails, and there were pieces of glue sticking off the sides. Mine were WAY TOO THICK, all nails were different shapes, lumpy, and cuts around the cuticles. Go there if you want to waste your time.
Mixed results here. I popped in for a same day manicure, called in and they told me to drop by. Once they started, I realized the nail polish was clumpy and old, but they pushed to use anyway, diluting it many times. They barely shaped my nails, barely cut my cuticles, and it appears they didn’t use sanitized tools (so didn’t ask for more use of them). Because of the old polish, manicure is clumpy and uneven looking. Staff was courteous and quick, but will not return. I could have done a better job at home.
I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this place put on the best, most natural feeling acrylics I’ve ever had! My nails are all the perfect length, thickness, texture, shape and size. My nails weren’t even sore the next day Ask for Lea!
