First time going this Saturday (28-Jan-2023) around 10am or and Harrison just so happened to have availability at 11:30am. Came back about 15min prior and right on time he called me up for a cut.

Not only punctual but Harrison did a fantastic job with the fade and trim. Very talented I'd say. Will definitely be going back to him from here on out.

Shop was nicely setup and clean too... overall a great experience from a random choice in barbershop.

Been here I think maybe four times now. Can’t say enough about Harrison. The guy is an MVP. A perfect cut every time, knows what styles generally look good at precise lengths and makes good recommendations, and he is just a great guy to talk to and get to know. Will be going to him for as long as I can and I highly recommend hitting him up if you’re looking for a barber in Gainesville.

said and I mean every word. I guess they don’t like handicap customers.

I've been getting my haircut exclusively from here for the past 2 years. I get Rachel to cut my hair and have always been very satisfied with my haircuts. She pays great attention to detail and knows what she's doing. She makes sure that you get what you want. The haircuts are a great value and worth every penny.

Great folks but unfortunately there are only two barbers working now for the general public and it is affecting thier customer service. Been going since 2001. I have received good service from everyone there but it may be time to find a new place.

I've been getting my haircut by Rachael at the Northwest Barber Shop for the last 7-8 years and wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. The Barber Shop is always very clean and everyone there is always very courteous and professional. If your looking for a place that does exactly what you ask for that has a calm and friendly atmosphere then I would highly recommend the Northwest Barber Shop to anyone

Great barbers. Rachel has been cutting my hair since she was in barber school. I've gotten my hair cut at other places only a few times(due to time constraints) and regretted it every time. I never get a haircut anywhere else. Best barber shop in town.
