First time at noire the nail bar and it was amazing. I highly recommend if you come ask for Johnny especially if you like designs. Definitely will be showing my friends and family this place. The inside is so nice and elegant. Complimentary wine who doesn’t love that?!
I came here with my sister for the first time for my birthday. I read the reviews and thought they would do a great job. It took them almost 3.5 hours just for a pedicure and gel manicure. My nails are lumpy. I asked for a specific design and the nail tech said she could do it. She couldn’t do the design and she didn’t shape my nails to be even. My sister went to another nail tech and he did a horrible job also. I do not recommend. After 3 days it looks like I need a fill.
Went for the first time yesterday for a deluxe pedicure and fill and had such a great experience. Emily and Tiffany were amazing and so nice! Highly recommend. Color used: 71.
Visited on 2/6 for the first time to get 3 mani/pedi. When I initially called I was told it was $20 for pedi and $10 for mani. When we arrived in fact I saw it was $26 for pedi and $12 for mani. Figured would overlook and see how it went. Meggie took care of me and she was great but the 2 men that took care of my daughter and cousin did a horrible job. They kept on pushing higher package and then when declined bigger package did bare minimum and even neglected part of spa mani/pedi. Massage was just a simple rubbing lotion on leg and arm. Less than 10 seconds. Didn’t clean nails, remove cuticles, etc. The polish was also atrocious. I have attached pictures. Will never go again.
Beware and stay away! This was the second time I’ve tried this salon and I have no idea how they are still open or how they have decent reviews. Horrible customer service, horrible nail techs who really have no business doing nails.
I mentioned to the women who did my nails that polish was missing on some and some nails were not fully covering the nail bed. Hannah was asked to fix my nails. She was instantly giving attitude, rolling eyes and blaming me for them not looking correct. She became loud with me in which I became loud back as it’s completely unprofessional when really just fix the bad job. When she was sick of “fixing” the nails and arguing with she violently grabbed me and decided to try and start cutting/peeling off fresh nails. I pulled my hand away and walked to the front. They still refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call the police for assault. I then got a refund quickly and the police were still called and still arrived at the salon where they had a conversation of how you don’t put your hands on others ever. I will never recommend this shop to anyone! The service and treatment I received just because the person did a bad job is absolutely horrifying. As I said before avoid this salon at all costs! The negative reviews are not joke with this place.
I have been to this place numerous times and always disregarded the bad reviews because my experiences have never been bad until yesterday. My friend and I went in for a fill on our acrylics and some pedicures. We finished our pedicures and they took us to the stations to start our nails. Nobody came over to do her nails and she was sitting there for awhile, while also making comments about how she was still waiting as well. They finished my nails (which came out atrocious this time) and took me to pay and my friend again said that she was supposed to get a fill as well. They completely ignored her several times, so finally we just left in anger at the treatment they were giving her. My nails just 1 day later are peeling and bubbling which has never happened before. Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon. I wish I could give 0 stars.
All I can say is WOW. When I first walked in I couldn't believe how friendly and sweet everyone there was, and the place looked amazing. I am unbelievably picky when it comes to my nails and I have never found a place that was perfect enough for me to come back to until today. I am in love with my nails and with the attention to all the little details that the nail tech Hannah did. And the price was very reasonable for such great service and results. ! I just found my permanent nail place!!
It's my first time here I had a great experience. Johnny did my friends nails, he is awesome. He recommended Holly she did an amazing job on my toes, she did excellent what I wanted. Very sweet woman. Vi did my fingers, she was able to do excellent what I wanted. The design I wanted, it came out beautifully. I am so happy with the work they did and they were all so nice!! ????
