Noah Starkey is great! Unfortunately is receptionist are not ! So rude! I had an appointment on Sunday. I came down with flu on Saturday and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Apparently no one answers the phone on the weekends? Maybe you shouldn’t take patients either then? I mean really ? The woman called to argue with me about no showing when I kept trying to explain I tried calling, she just kept on going.I did cancel early In the morning on the day of I said…she says yes but that is still considered a no show. What? I’m confused? I don’t feel like I deserve to be treated so poorly especially being that I couldn’t cancel any other way Because no one is Answering the phone!! Next time I’ll walk in with Flu.
The level of professionalism that Dr. Starkey provides is a class in itself. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with any of my issues and corrects them or deals with them immediately.
Dr. starkey and his staff are amazing. the most down to earth, realistic, and respectful medical group I've ever gotten the pleasure of.neing a patient at. DR. Starkey will listen to your ever concern interrupting you or judging you, then provides you the information you need and him and his staff are always happy to answer any questions you have.
Dr. Starkey is great. He has top of the line "bedside manner". He takes the time to answer all of your questions and it is always a pleasure to meet with him.
I highly recommend Dr. Starkey! He is patient, kind and he listens without judgement. He walks you through options and works with you! I have never felt more comfortable and so happy I found him!
Dr.Starky is my pc doctor and I think km he is the best. He listens to your problems and questions and never rushes you out to get the next patient in. All of my blood work or tears taken get back to me the next day. To me your practice is very lucky to have such a caring, smart and great doctor w working there
Dr. Starky was very personable and made me feel very comfortable for my initial visit. He explained things in a way that they were clearly understandable. I was impressed that the first thing he said was what can I do to help you and this made me feel at ease and showed he was really interested in me.
Dr Starkey, in my opinion, is the best primary care doctor in the greater Hartford area. He shows great care for his patients. He listens intently and provides a well thought out plan of care. Honestly, I’ve never looked forward to going to the dr. before I met him. Super down to earth, intelligent and funny individual. Highly recommend!!
