Literally the BEST experience. I just moved to the Lititz area and this will now be the only barber for my family. Nicks barber shop was clean and professional. He takes precautions for COVID-19. His shop is extremely kid friendly (thank goodness). I had 4 hair cuts in a row. All different types of hair and styles. He cut ages 2-9. This was the first time my 2 year old didn’t cry or scream for his hair cut…I believe because he wasn’t rushed but the barber took his time showing him the tools and being patient. I can’t thank the owner enough for his skilled work and friendly attitude towards my children. You’ve earned my business for years to come! Highly recommend!

I’ve used Nick for a year. He has a pretty rigid policy as far as Covid safety is, I respect that. So I always arrive an hour early to be the 1st person, his policy has always been 1st in the parking, 1st in the chair. This last time I went on Thursday (I normally go on Friday), I was 1st in the lot and by the time 10am came there were 4 or 5 people waiting for cuts. I saw 3 or 4 going into the building and come out but I hadn’t seen nick. So at 10
I went in (I sit in my car as I’m mobility impaired), so when I knocked on the door a woman opened it and tried to hand me a pager. She said I was 3rd in line and it would be about 45 minutes. I explained to her I was 1st in the lot and that was nicks policy, she told me she didn’t care. I was a bit stunned and a bunch angry. I told her thanks, no thanks and left. I drove a mile from there to another barber shop and had a fantastic cut and beard trim for less money than nicks, with way less hassle. So I’ve found my new barber, one that’s happy to get my business. I get that I Only spend about $130 a year on cuts, so I’m sure Nick wont miss my money, the point is I didn’t feel like my business mattered to the woman who was cutting that day (I later found out she is his mother and cuts on Thursdays).
Mr. Tom always does a wonderful job with my sons hair. He is meticulous and knows what he is doing. We are very happy with this barbershop!
Having been a guitar studio owner in lititz for the past 25 years I appreciated the attention to detail and the warm welcome a place I would highly recommend thanks for the great haircut and I appreciate the health protocols to keep everyone safe!
Been going to Nick now for over 5 years. Consistently good cuts and in my opinion Nick is just an all-around good guy. Friendly and courteous and professional. Wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.
Nick is a great guy! Always pleasant. He offers great cuts and has good prices. The only downside is that we only have time to go on Saturdays and have a long wait. Have to line up before he opens, or else we tend to have a 2-4 hour wait by opening time.
