Try the new keleecia Queens Collections natural CBD hair products and there first candle collections from Tranquility Candles in store now. Ms Tanya is wonderful, very nice and very helpful. Visit them for all your hair and tranquil needs.
Went in to find some blonde extensions for the front of my hair since I am getting bald patches from stress from not finding an apartment. I can never find a color that matches my multi-colored natural blonde hair. When I am in the sun a lot it is much lighter but darker underneath. I found a color that I thought was going to be too light and was going to low-light it with a darker blonde. But upon completely opening at home it was the exact match. It was shorter than I thought. But the prices are still much lower here than places than any of the other places that I have been to lately. I have all different hair, all different shades because I only use a small amount. So this should last a few years but I will have to cut my length because the extensions are only 18 in and I need 21. The young girl behind the counter was very patient with me.
The store clerk who is probably jamaican is very rude, brash and unprofessional. She needs to realize that customer service is important in order to get repeat and referred business.

I was able to try on the wigs and the staff did not bother me. Also, the two employees were very helpful and the one that cut the lace for me did a thorough job. I would definitely purchase other wigs from them in the future.
Very unorganized! Please do better with presentation most of the weaves in the packs on racks are not in order and/or in the right spot. That’s one issue. Another, there’s not much of a selection to choose from in the store it’s always something that’s been out of stock for months or been sitting around for months getting dusty(PUT IT ON SALE IF YOU HAVE TO). I literally came to this store when I first moved in the neighborhood my first impression nice location decent spot but messy inside not a good look! Please try restocking, adding more selections as well. I’ll be back there in another 2 months hopefully something changes.
Only a two star because of the convenience of the location to the shop I work at. Pricing is a bit high for some things, but they always have a new selection of products, some in which you can find a deal. However, The customer service, or lack there of, of the young lady at the front with the Hijab has always been horrendous! For years, she has constantly been nothing short of being rude, displaying no manners, and has a nasty sense of entitlement. Today was the final straw, and I nor any of my clients, family, or friends will support this business until management rectifies the issue at hand. I adore the gentleman owner and the Jamaican lady. The stylist is always cordial, but threats and disrespectful behavior should not be tolerated. CYDB!
Too small and everything is crammed, but it has a little of everything. Nice wigs, but I wouldn't but wigs there. There prices are too high. I think they charge more to make up for sales and less traffic. Its conveniently located next to Ross and DollarTree. Every time I went in there, I purchased something small like makeup. The staff are nice and friendly.
