On the small side but the food was lovely and great value for money. The staff were very attentive and gave great service.
Would love to give 5 stars as the food was amazing. My family go to this Indian reguraly and we decided to have a little get together there. Unfortunately my experience, as well as 2 other new guests' was spoilt by ignorant,rude waiter who served us that night. Awful customer service -the food must be good as I felt like giving 1 star because of him. Id say - take away is an option for new customers to avoid disappointment, unless the staff get some training. The restaurant owner will know, who the waiter was if I mention 'right and left side if the table' as thats how we split the bill. Compliments to the chef.
Not happy that the Sunday special is not available to take away. They have let me do so previously. This is not stated on their web site or menu.

I don't use Facebook. I called myself to your restaurant after visiting your website. Your site mentions nothing about the Sunday special being an eat in option only. It is also sad you make untrue comments about me being rude. Saying "OK , I'll leave it then, thanks" and pointing out that this should be mentioned clearly on your web site is constructive criticism, not being rude. Grow up and accept valid reviews instead of making derogatory comments at potential customers.
Delived late again. Brought us a meat dish for my son and daughter when we always order vegetarian. Telephoned them and they couldn't care. All Google searches show this place as closed in companies House and I don't agree with the hygiene rating so will be reported.
After so many recommendations its such a shame it was so disappointing. Staff are very pleasant and very helpful. But the lamb chops were so tough I couldnt eat them the passander is definitely not the best. And the masala was just so red. Lots of sauce ,very little meat in both dishes.The chapati was like eating chewing gumI'm putting it down to it being a takeaway though why that should make a difference I'm not sure. The restaurant only had two tables in so cant even say it's because they were busy It's not the cheapest curry place around so I really did expect better. Haven't decided yet wether I will give this a second chance. The poppadoms were very nice though. And complimentary. I was also offered a drink on the house while I waited. So as I say cant fault the service,but then that's not what I went for.
After a day out of walking and exploring the local area this was a great place to come and have a nice meal. Friendly service, nice atmosphere and food with plenty of flavour, worth a visit.
