A mediocre nail place. I have my regular nail salon, but just want to give it a try...just for a kick. Yeah! like I was thinking before. I felt like I was sitting in a factory, technician who did my nails was working so quickly like she was on the clock and has to work back to back to take as much customers as she can. I felt like I was in a factory instead of a nail salon. The quality of the work was just so so. If you already have your nail place to go and you like it, don't change!...lol
Michelle was the name of the lady who did my nails and it was the absolute worse nail job ive ever had. The gel was laid on so thick and the nails on my right hand looked so bad. I also asked for my nails to be sharper, like almond, and they still were coffin. I had to fix them when I got home, super unhappy and biggest waste of $70. Would never recommend this salon to anyone.
If I can give 0 star ⭐️ I will do it , this is the worst salon i have been to in my entire life, I went there 2 times the first one was bad my nails was the ugliest, but I came back today because I had no choice it’s close to my house , I regret badly I came late but she took me and there was 2 others women doing there nails , after she took off my old gel powder and put the extensions she said you have to do short nails because it’s late I told her no I’m not gonna pay for nails that I don’t like I want long nails , then she said I’m not gonna do it for you and she took off all the extensions that she put earlier and let me go with no nails on , waist of time , not professional and not polite . The manager was there and he didn’t say anything no even sorry.
I have been going to this place for many years. I gave a 5 star review because overall everyone there is kind, the girls do a great job and the place is clean. Though a girl named Michele did my 81 year old moms manicure. My mom smudged one nail and when I asked her to please fix it she came over abruptly was very unkind & disrespectful. The nail looked just as bad after she fixed it. I will not tolerate this kind of service and disrespect towards my mom. I know the owner who was not there today though will be calling to report her. So if you go there stay away from Michele. Ivy did my mani and was so pleasant, kind and did a wonderful job on my nails.

I had a nice Lady Ivy . She was very professional and did great job. I only got my nails acrylic tips nothing else and paid $64.25 without tips ended up pay too much.
I can’t keep up with the prices going up
I am a regular customer. I made appointments for specific times, at opening, and technicians for manicure and pedicure. Got there and both appointments were given to other people!!! My name was whited out in book and my appointments were rebooked with the horrible technicians nobody wants. Woman acting in charge was absolutely obnoxious. Don’t go here. They treat regular customers like dirt.
This particular location is awesome and the women are all professional and courteous.
