I’ve been going here for a long time and they have done my sets so many times and not once was I disappointed. Although they can be a little rough when filing and drilling but the end results are so worth it. I give them a 4 star just for that. Other then that, the staff are incredibly nice and I just love them. This set is by far my favorite.

I just love going there! They are always so patient and willing to try any design I google. They can't do a lot of crazy ones but they are quite accurate with the ones they can do.

Laxi did my nails & im in love! I’ve been here a few times and I always love my sets. But so far this is my favorite set! The staff is super nice also, love them!

The lady kept trying to rush me out. She kept taking her sweet time and looking over at the owner like she was waiting to be relieved from her shift. I asked for pink color and she painted me peach. My nails are crooked, there’s pieces of acrylic stuck all around my nail and around the sides on my skin that I had to peel off. There’s also acrylic stuck in between the acrylic nail and my actual nail. She didn’t cut any of my cuticles at all. She even put the acrylic almost a quarter up from my cuticle so it looks like I’m due for a refill because the bottom of my nails are exposed. She didn’t paint or file the sides and some of my real nail is exposed on the sides and cracking. My feet, she didn’t cut the cuticle either and she messed up my nail on my right foot and didn’t fix it. She just left it the way it was like she didn’t see it and it looks like I broke off the top of the toe nail. When I left, I gave a small tip for her bad service and attitude and she had the nerve to catch an attitude with me when she left me walking out of the nail salon looking like this. All I have to say is this is why I never come here. They’re always in a rush and it’s always a horrible job. This is why I go to fine touch nails in nutley! You’ll never come back to this place once you try them.

I saw their amazing prices on passing last week, but they lacked customer service. Walked in & was greeted with blank stares & one word statements. I tried again today to get my nails done because I thought maybe they were having a long day, but it’s the same. The lady wouldn’t even look in my direction this time. Not sure if their like this with all new customers but it’s revolting. Not a place i would be visiting again. Nita here i come!

I'm not one to give bad reviews because everyone has their days BUT if I keep encountering bad experience over and over, I have to mention it... I've been coming here since they first opened but i think they recently changed owners or something because I've had a couple bad experiences. I've given them too many last chances and after my last experience I will finally never go back again. To make it long story short,

1. My mother and I were being rushed from the minute we stepped in there.

2. The guy who did my mom's nails was an older man who needs to back to cosmetology school and get trained on how to paint nails.

I kid you not, almost every single finger on both hands were not painted to the edges after repeatedly asking him to fix them.

3. He also did her pedicure and she told me that he would literally grab her feet and throw them to the side. (Why she didn't say anything, idk) I'm mad she didn't tell me anything until after we got home because i definitely would have said something.

4. Nothing serious but I was choosing a color for my nails (SNS), the guy took the basket from me and told me to choose a color from the wall for my toes. He didn't let me bring the colors for SNS to look through while he did my toes.

5. He got up and left me for not having a color ready..

BECAUSE I didn't have a chance to choose a color beforehand, I grabbed the SNS basket when we went back to the manicure station. I put a color to the side as a backup as i looked through the rest of the colors; not even a minute passed by and he was so fed up that i didn't choose a color right away that he got up and left!!! I think he went on his lunch because he smelled like food when he came back (I finally understood why he was rushing me so much).

6. You would think that after he ate he would be a little more calm but no, he did such a horrible job. He rushed it and did about 7 layers of SNS which ended up being super bubbly and thick and didn't file it down.

7. $88 paid for no reason, i would much rather pay more money elsewhere.

Quality service. Great technique and efficiency. They’re also very clean and considerate of your comfort.

My appointment was at 3pm i didn't get called until 3:40pm. Before they got me all started i asked for a simple design that looks like french. One of the employees said they can do the design i asked, so once i sat on the chair i soaked my hands for an hour to take out the old acrylic. Once done, he was busy with another client so a lady started with my nails. She put the acrylic on me and when it came to polish my nails she said she couldn't do the design i asked!. I confronted the guy who said yes to me and changed his answer to he can't do it anymore. I am beyond furious of the situation because before they even started i specifically asked if they can do the design and they said yes! And they charged me $38 including $5 for me to soak my hands for an hour. I was in there for 3 hours! NEVER going back, bad experince. Have to look for another salon to finish my nails now.
