I walked in, was greeted then the guy proceeded to look in his phone. I stood there he never asked what I wanted done. I asked was he taking anyone he said what do you want? I said you never asked me. Do you not want to service me he said no I don't. I walked out. His customer service is trash and it's a shame his attitudet is the way it is. I've been here multiple times, but i definitely wont be returning or spending my money here ever

Powder with gel polish, well, it starts falling apart as soon as I got home. I also bled right after he smoothened my thumb cuticle because he was too rough. The length, thickness and shape is horrible. Not worth the money, and costumer service sucks! Will not coming back!
I got a full set here the nail tech i had was super rude-- put the wrong color on my nail and charged me to fix it. He did a super sloppy job.. which resulted in one of my nails breaking underneath..I came back around a week or so later for a fill in and i told the nail tech my nail felt broken underneath and that i was experiencing pain he insisted that it wasn't and continued to put more gel on top of my nail.. i just took my nails off today and they are completely destroyed and broken the pinky fingernail i told them was broken COMPLETELY came off and i have another nail broken in the middle! Not to mention the paint on my nail was peeling almost immediately after leaving the salon and was completely unrecognizable from how it initially looked after getting it done.. They charged me 120 for the initial set and 50 for the fill in. totally overpriced and not worth it. When I confronted the owner they were super rude and did nothing to resolve incident will definitely not be returning
The wait was worth it. Some of the best work I've had in that area. They paid attention to detail, the shop was clean, & I was a satisfied first time customer. Would have given 5 stars, but they are loooong winded. The shop was pretty much empty, maybe 4 customers, including myself, yet I was there forever. But I wouldn't hesitate to go again (when I have free time to sit????) & I'm getting a pedi too.
As we were sitting down for pedicures & manicures... another patron began to argue with the owner over their price.. after their dispute it left me wondering would they try me so I asked right as service was beginning. The guy who greeted us & told us to pick a color had given us a newly printed and laminated menu of services. On the wall there was an old dusty menu of services. The prices on the wall was higher. They were going to the same thing to us! Charge us the old much higher prices that was on the wall versus the actual price list that was handed to us. I explained to him that if those were the prices were correct then why were we hand given a different price list... at the end we were charged the prices on the newest list but as we were exiting we watched them pull the same trick on 2 more ppl.
The staff are great. I always see Ken and he does a fantastic job. They get super busy weekends, so get there early or visit a different day unless you don't mind waiting a bit. Worth it either way!
R.U.D.E. Unpleasant. Sloppy. Trash straight down to the color selection. I’ve been to this place SO many times over the past 10 years and the decline is incredible. Today I had my last visit as I wasn’t greeted when I came in the door even after repeatedly talking to two men. One being the front man who clearly knows more English than anyone. I was charged $10 to fix one nail with no paint. On top of being over charged the past couple times I came to get full sets and pedicures (which are poorly done as well) I still gave them chances because frankly they’re close to where I live, it’s a pandemic and I can be lazy but they won’t get one more penny from me and hopefully this review will help someone else choose a better place to spend their hard earned coin.
Great when I was there 4 days later a nail pops off after spending $70 on nails an they want me to pay instead of fixing the one nail! Never in my life if A place messes up they should fix it regardless there should be a five day period
