This was my first time in this salon. The place was super clean and they were friendly. But I got a full set with gel polish and was cut 7 times. The nails are different lengths. There is glue and polish all over the tips of my fingers. I'm not sure what this girl's name was but she was just entirely to rough with the nail file ????

this one lady, not T, cut me several times while doing my nails. she was so unprofessional about it and said “sorry” and continued cutting my fingers with a file. she did not do what i wanted and as you can see my fingernail are all different lengths. i would not recommend paying 60 for these nails nor the pain you go through. my nails are literally glued to my fingers.

Called around and this place had the best prices and where closest to my current location. Made an appointment, when I got there they where ready for me. Just got a acrylic fill no polish. I had the gentleman I believe his name was John. Great job very thorough. Pictures below are bare nails that I had done and than after I put my ColorStreet Nail sets on.

Today was my first visit to this salon. I went because it had great overall reviews. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job but talked to herself and giggled the entire time which was not relaxing in the least, but I dealt with it. Come to find out that Is normal for her. Then I was told the owner did eyebrows and when it was time to get my eyebrows done the same woman that did my pedicure took me back and did them, instead of the owner. She did a terrible job! She took a very noticeable chunk out of one side and thinned them both out pretty extensively. They don’t look near even to each other. And then when I got home I still had to tweeze quite a few missed straggling hairs. Please save your eyebrows and go somewhere else!

Went w two friends. We had an appointment for 10am. It’s Thursday. The day after all the schools let out, all the graduations are over & there’s no more proms going on. So I came slightly early bcs I just wanted to make sure I didn’t have to make my two friends wait on me. I was getting a manicure painted french w gel polish & a pedicure w regular polish.

I’m not sure why, but she drilled my gel polish on my nails, which thinned my nail bed. She soaked my nails in the typical acetone solution w cotton balls & wrapped them in foil.

I don’t usually write these but the “pedicure” I asked for was just inexcusable. The water wasn’t warm. After she started removing the polish she stopped & grabbed a bowl to dump out maybe 5 bowls of water from the spa my feet were in. I asked for a pink glittery polish on my nail beds above the french white tips on my toes. Her response was “It won’t look right”. I was puzzled to say the least. While conversing w other ladies I looked over & asked if she was going to cut my cuticles after she was finished painting. She replied, “I already did them”. By now, I’m feeling lied to. She did a hot towel, massage & scrubbed my feet w a pumice. For the extra cost of the gel & french fees, I won’t be going back for a manicure or a pedicure if that’s how they do theirs. I didn’t even get the part of the service I was paying for. I also noticed there was no price list inside the spa on the wall posted & they have no website either. There was 3 ladies there when we arrived. Oh be started on me & one of them started on my friend. My third friend had to wait until all of us were finished before she was started on. And while my friend was waiting on the two of us, the woman who didn’t have a client took a client who walked in. So don’t bother making an appointment for more than just yourself. It seems maybe they overbook themselves or are short staffed. As I was there I felt borderline unwelcome & like we were almost bothering them. Didn’t get a good feeling. The woman who could’ve been the owner, not T, talked in a very condescending tone to my friend. I wish this business best of luck but I don’t recommend them as long as they’re under this mgmt.

Fantastic place to get your nails done. I have been to other places and get fungus. The staff is great and my nails always look good.

Let me start by saying LAURA is very rude and unprofessional she was giving me a pedicure and was using a drill to remove my gel polish which was fine until she started being extremely rough then she had the nerve to tell me I was just sensitive um no lady you are being rough. So without offering to lower her drill pressure she just gets up and says “I won’t do you pedicure someone else will do it” I did t argue with her. But she is very unprofessional and rude. The other pedicure lady NENE was super polite and tended to me and my daughter she deserves all her blessings. What makes this situation even worse this was my first time coming to this nail salon so to be treated rudely by a staff member puts a very bad taste in my mouth. Not only that there are only two lady’s working that does nails. I don’t think I will be coming back. If I do I would only request Nene

Only went here 1 time so far, but they did a great job! I love how relaxing the pedicure section for the spa is. Giving it 4 stars become of price. It was much more expensive than I expected.
