I have been to this facility a large amount of times with my kids and sent other people to this location. Best place I have ever been to and I have been getting these services for over 30 years. 98 percent of the time I am extremely happy with my services and anytime I am not happy with something or dislike something they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Communication is always key,if there is an issue speak up and let it be known but also try to be respectful when delivering your message of disappointment. You catch more with sugar than salt.

Everyone was so nice! The service and prices are reasonable and affordable! I absolutely loved my nail tech. She was so kind, friendly and very easy to talk to. Not to mention she killed it doing my nails! Definitely recommend!

(nails in photo about 3 days old ????) came in with a friend for the first time and got my claws done! loved my nail tech, wish i asked for her name. she made sure i was comfortable and got me right in no time. had a lovely convo as well. highly recommend!

Reading the negative reviews made me laugh. These ladies were amazing. They interact with you and make sure you're comfortable. If you have a design from off the web they will try matching it as close as possible. Everyone was so friendly and it was just over all a great experience. I definitely recommend them 10000%. Will be going back

The creativity was definitely there! I'd be willing to giving Nati another shot but both my friend and I agreed that they would have done a MUCH better job had they not been so rushed. We weren't unhappy with our nails, as they did LOOK really nice, but some were lumpy, others were extremely thick and some thin. My expectations when it comes to pedis is ridiculous after being used to my regular salon, so I wasn't surprised that I didn't love it .

The ladies at Natis are so friendly and welcoming. I took my girls to get their first pedicures and took them back to get manicures and they are in love!!!!!! We’ll definitely be back!!

The worst nail job I have personally ever had. I got the SNS and asked for french. The nail tech dipped my nails. Did not shape them at all. They were thick The french manicure was very uneven. The white lines were uneven. I was charged $40 The owner even acknowledged the job was bad and still charged me. I paid for something that I am embarrassed for anyone to see. Please do not go to this place. The owner stated that they wanted to be proud of what they do. If that was the case you should never charge a client for anything you are not proud of. I guess I will have to deal with ugly nails until payday. Lesson learned

This nail salon is my favorite! Great environment, customer service, and cleanliness. They really go above and beyond here! I will never go to a different salon! The owner and the others there are the kindest people and really cater to what you want done! I highly recommend this salon, plus it’s not a chain of corporate it’s a small business which makes it so much better. They really take their time with the smallest detail. Please go here and support small businesses they are AMAZING!
