The nail techs always do a good job. Micheal is funny. He invites his clients into his office which is the nail station... And Kevin is always calm and nice. The young lady who did my nails was very sweet and polite. Sorry I didnt get your name but thank you for helping me find a ring fingernail color (auburn). You did a great job!
The first time I came with my sister to get a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, but the young guy who started my manicure left his seat and went outside to smoke for several minutes!! While my sister got a full manicure, I waited and was only able to get my nails filed, so I left without a manicure.
The second time I came for a gel manicure. The tech did very minimal work on my nails and absolutely ignored my cuticles. Two days later the gel had already chipped! Mind you I had done very light work (paperwork and computer work) in the interim. When using light to filter through to the back of my nails I could see that every one of them were very unevenly coated.
They were willing to fix the chipped nail, but since the rest were unevenly coated I decided to go somewhere else to get them completely redone so that I don’t risk my natural nails breaking.
Needed emergency nails for an event, I loved how they came out, could have been shaped a little better like the pic I provided (i should have said) but overall happy with them ???? I'll be back!!!
Worst experience, especially as a first time customer! Went in for a pedicure that lasted about 10 minutes. The guy seemed like he wasn’t interested in doing the pedicure from the get go. Had me in the chair soaking my feet while he was outside smoking. The warm towel that is placed on your legs was just ran through both legs. The massage on your legs was like just putting on lotion. Just Horrible horrible horrible!
Great experience! Took my 13yo for mani/pedis as walk-ins and they got us right in. Even gave my mini a Stranger Things mani!
Ive gotten two different sets done at this location and both times have been equally satisfied.

This place is a really fun place. I have been there twice now and I've enjoyed myself immensely both times. I don't know that I would like to come by myself but I enjoy coming with someone else. This is because I could talk to them as we get our pedicure. They keep the place very clean and the equipment very clean. Their pedicures are awesome. I still have to try the manicure which I'm going to do in 2 weeks. They always seem to be quite busy, but they have a good turnaround in openings.
