This was the worst gel mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. For the pedicure the gentlemen dropped the light on my nails and smudged them all over the place, didn’t bother fixing it. The women doing my manicure was in such a hurry she cut my hand twice while “prepping” my nails ( I wouldn’t exactly call what she did prepping) she then dabbed super glue on my cut and just continued to rush through the manicure. She didn’t bother to shape my nails and left polish all over my hands. Also none of the tools they used came out of a sterile pack and appeared to have been used previously without being cleaned. Overall I left paying $85 dollars to be bleeding and have my nails look worse than when I went in. 0/10 would not recommend this place, just drive down the road and find somewhere else.
I went to this establishment to have a set of nails done. The woman was extremely rough and did a terrible job. She left glue all over the side of my fingers and clumps under the nails. My daughter got a manicure from here she cut her fingers and did not appear to remove tools from a sterile pack, she did not shape her nails, literally looks like 2 year old painted them. The man who did her pedicure dropped a light on her toes and messed up her paint and charged her $85 I would not recommend this place at all.
This is the WORSE I have ever seen. Literally. Who does this to a person and why ? Now I see why the sign said no refunds and no exchanges. Must of got her license off of Wish site or maybe in China . Very ride and unprofessional! I'll tell the world NEVER GO HERE . Couple nails looking like they boutta pop off . WTH. Look at this mess. #badbusiness
I am sorry, but service is horrible. My nails are ruined; the polish was old and thick, nail tech did not cure my nails, she unshaped my nails to where they look lumpy and uneven, she did not know how to paint on a French manicure, didn’t do my fillin correctly, was rushing, and just cannot do nails. However, I love the color. My nails are only 1 day old…and it looks like I could have let my 6 year old daughter polish them. Will not be wasting my money here anymore.
They do a great job. I have been going there for years along with 4 other family members. There is only two technicians so they do require appointments. I am impatient person and usually want things done now. I just call night before or morning of and they usually can get me in. I change my design and colors up every time and she always makes the time for me.
I read some of the negative reviews and I disagree. It is different times you get treated on how you treat people. They are always nice and friendly.
Was closed a week due to a "family emergency". When I finally got in, I got an American manicure with gel polish. She didn't use a uv light. Just the desk lamp. Super strange. Of course they didn't cure right away and are messed up. The edges are VERY thick and will definitely peel. There are also a lot of bubbles.
I realllyyyyy love my nails i am definitely coming back. 25 for a full set with hundereds of color options gel and regular polish.
Had a nail emergency and could not make it to my regular salon. I used to come to the salon all the time when I lived on the east side. Walked in to one person doing nails. and only one other customer waiting in the salon. She asked me what I needed and I told her. She asked me if I had an appointment and I said no and she said they don’t take walk-ins. Asked her if I could make an appointment and was told no they weren’t taking any more appointments for the day. I have tried to and/or used it several times if I am out east and need some thing like let’s say I’m out and about and break a nail. But this salon has absolutely not been the same since Mary sold it to her horrible sister.
