My go to nail salon in Naples. Tiffany is beyond amazing with gel nails (by the way, highly recommended gel over acrylics). Always a positive experience. Big selection of gel polish colors. Have been a happy patron for over a year!
HORRIBLE! I decide to try this place for the first time because my nail tech was booked. Cindy did my nails and toes and this is how they look after 4 days. I was charged $120 for this mess. I sincerely regret my money being thrown in the trash like that. She got nail polish all over my cuticules and kept having to wipe it off. The design was very messy and smeared. When I kindly asked her to fix it she got mad. If I am paying $30 for the design itself.. why get mad at the customer? Worst $120 I’ve ever spent. I should’ve known by how empty the place was. Do not go here!
Update: since I first reviewed them and gave them a 5 star, I just got service from Jennifer and I am extremely disappointed. I asked multiple times for gel on my feet got serviced asked before she got too far in doing regular polish saying that I wanted gel and then she kept emphasizing it would be more but I DO NOT care the price! I simply want gel! They price discriminated like if I couldn’t pay the measly 20 dollar difference!! She still gave me regular polish and complained to take it off and do gel! I’m so upset right now I literally never in my life do regular and I’m walking around with messed up toes right now I hate how they look and I’m upset that they thought I wouldn’t pay when I’ve done sooooo many sets with them before. So upset.
I love this salon! After my first time- with Cindy- I have been loyal ever since. She really takes good care and takes her time. Everyone at the salon- Tiffany, David, Ana, etc. Is super cool and nice. I highly recommend them.
Owner is rude and not upfront with prices. Girlfriend nails don't even look that nice for $85. Definitely alot better places that do quality work then this establishment with old cranky uptight lady. Definitely doesn't know how to treat her customers.
Made appointment with Angela and I was pushed off to someone who was just learning. My husband and I both went and had pedicures and nails. We tip very well. My husband tipped his girl and waited for me to get done. We paid and then I tipped both of our girls 30%. The girl who did my husband never said she already got her tip. We were still in salon and my husband told me he already got her tip. She acted like she didn’t know what he said. Basically she was tipped more than the service. NEVER. Going again.
I would give it a zero. Worse experience I have ever had. I had my two girls , my oldest was trying to keep the youngest (in a stroller) happy by playing peekaboo with her, not one person was complaining, the owner in a very rude manner told me to tell her to quiet down cause others were there to relax also. If you have a no kids policy it should be posted my kids were not been loud.
I received the Spa Pedicure by Maria. Her massage was excellent. My feet feel and look great!
Excellent experience! David did gel nail manicure, and Maria matched my color to my toes! Perfect and so pretty!
