I had the sweetest nail tech. She got my nails done with the style I wanted. She paid attention to small details. Would come back for her.
I had a horrible pedicure. My big toe is red and had skin ripped off. My nails were not filed. Polish all over my toes and not taken off. Lasted 15 minutes.
And I didn’t say anything because I’m visiting from out of town and I was there with my friend who lives in town and goes there regularly and I didn’t want her to have issues in the past.
Had an appointment for my daughters. Came in early like she asked because of homecoming. Sat for an hour and half while they took 4 walk ins. Everyone got 45 minutes, both my daughters we done in 20. Was charged $50 each for acrylic set, which was clearly posted for $35. Awful experience, wasted time and ugly nails. Their nails are way shorter than they asked, thick and bumpy. If I worked there I would be embarrassed with what they put out. I’m shocked I even paid.
went to get my acrylics off and they didn’t get the glue all the way off and they were very rough in removing them. do not recommend
So I just want to share my experience from Nail Pro in Mt Sterling KY. I went there today for the 1st time despite the negative reviews I’ve read so far thinking I could at least give them a chance. Let me just say I wanted to walk out before the tips were even glued on. The woman that was doing mine was extremely rude, impatient while I was trying to decide on a color and short with me from the jump. But I’m a forgiving person so I just let it slide. I even tried to compliment her on the necklace she was wearing and all I got was a “hm” in return. Then another woman there repeatedly kept telling me how tired I looked until I finally responded with “yes I am tired, I work 2nd shift at a factory 45+ hrs a week and don’t get off till 3am.” Nothing else was said to me, but they had no issue sparking up conversations with everyone else that walked through the door. Then as she was doing my nails she kept hitting my palm, I assume to get me to position my hand differently. However I’ve had my nails done several times in my life so I’m pretty sure I know how to relax my hand so they can do their job and NEVER have I ever had someone do that. I told her I wanted them a little shorter but not too short and she clipped them all the way down to my skin. Also the polish is not even across them. Oh and let me just add that prior to my visit I called to verify the price and when I went to pay it was almost $15 more than the price she gave me 45 min before. Now I may not drive a fancy car or own a nail salon but I promise I have way more class then they seemed to have. So judge me if you must but I really don’t care. I will definitely not be going back.

They just make up the prices for nails as they go at least that's how it seems the woman that does my some how everytime my nail breaks the next day never fails and she rushes and doesn't take her time to do it right they use to be great idk what has happened
I have been getting my nails done here for nearly 10 years and I absolutely love it. From being a kid, to getting older and getting full sets they never disappoint. I refer all of my friends to go here and they love it as well. Leah is absolutely amazing and has done my nails for every important event. She’s been at this for so long, I can get a full set on in less than an hour.
