I absolutely love this place! I get my nails done by NATALIE every two weeks. She always does a great job. I also appreciate the quality of product they use for the gel overlay. If I can’t make it in until a month later, the finish and overall nails still look new-ish!
Went there based off of a co worker and loved it at first. 1week later and 2/3 of us have already taken the nails of due to lifting. I have lost my thumb and do have lifting and color peeling off.
I love this place!! They are so nice and I always love my nails!! If they accidentally cut you. They stop and apologize right away and they clean it. They clean all their equipment. It’s always a nice experience going here.
This was our first experience with this nail salon and overall we're extremely disappointed. My wife's cuticles were trimmed too far back to the point of bleeding, the tech who did her nails didn't ask about nail shape or anything else, and added an unwanted design that we were charged extra for. My mother's nail tech pushed for a nail design after my mother had politely declined, and was very unprofessional in the conversation she had with my mother. My friend's nails were filed down so far that the skin was broken and bleeding, and the dip nails were never given a top coat. The sanitation was abysmal, the same soaking bowl was used for multiple people (the same people who's hands had been bloodied from the previous cuticle trimming and nail filing) with no dumping or cleaning between, the bowl had chunks of cuticle and fingernails in it. Dirty, used buffers were used on everyone's nails, and broken chunks of fingernails were found near the drying stations and the floor by the nail stations. The only thing positive about our experience was the pedicure I received from Trina. She was pleasant to chat with, and actually cleaned her station after performing my pedicure.
They talk among each other and not to their clients! The gal ran around and took forever to get my nails done! I asked for gel but she did acrylics. They are fine but slow service and rude
Service was okay lot the most friendly. My manicure was nice but all of the gel polish was chipped off the same day or the following day which was very disappointing considering the price.
The employees here are all very nice! It was definitely a "spa" day for me! Highly recommend the Pearl. Mani!!! Fantastic#
Tan does an amazing job every time I go in for my nails. She is so kind, friendly, and fun to be around while getting your nails done!!!
