Polish started peeling off after a couple of days. They will not stand behind the work or the polish.

Me and my 2 daughters went to get our nails done and they rushed through my daughters nails who are 8yr 9 yrs old. We live 15 mins from the nail salon by the time we got home her polish has came off. I got a full set of nails and they are not even and they filed them off shape. For me and my 2 young children it took almost 4 hrs to do our mani and pedi. Next time I'll go else where

This is the worst place I’ve been to. I asked for coffin nails, and there price said right in front of your face 38$ for a full he told me it would be 57$ and I said but it said 38$ And it was short, anyways, I asked him about a certain color and he just points at a rack that I already looked at and couldn’t find the right number. And needed help, he said just look look. I don’t understand at all. My main problem is why is there a gap like I already need a refill. Absolutely disappointed. And will never come back, and won’t tell anyone. I did pay 45$ and I don’t even think that’s worth it, this is supposed to be squared, with my ring finger darker. He rushed through it all. I felt it was more about money and lack of work, on, working on someone. Not happy, Poor quality.

Sat there for over an hour in the pedicure chair with no water or anyone coming to get started.

When they turned the water on she proceeded to walk away again and 10 minutes later someone else came to get started. Asked me if I had a nail file and I said no and she was irritated and had to go get her equipment for a pedicure. After she removed my polish she walked away and went to wax another customer and I sat for over 20 minutes waiting for anyone to return.

Rude, and the finished product still shows my natural nail in the corners. Never will I go there again and I most definitely do not recommend anyone going there! Don't waste your time or money!

The man that did my nails was nice but seemed like he rushed through it. He didn't paint all the way to my cuticles so it looks like they have already been growing out. He also didn't apply enough polish because you can see spots on the tips where it almost looks clear. The sign says $38 for a full set of gel nails. He charged me $49 and I couldn't understand why because I didn't get anything other than basic nails, no different style or tips or designs. I will go back for a fill in and try him again and just point out the small things that I noticed.

Worst nail salon experience. Pedicure was rushed and nail polish smudged on my toes--had to ask twice to have the polish redone on a big toe which was never successfully painted. The manicure was simple with no color but the gentleman did not clean under my nails. Not worth the money spent. I would not recommend.

My wife went there to get her nails removed and her eye brows done. The nail tech made fun of her for not getting a manicure after getting her nails off. On top of that they were very rough with waxing her eye brows and they aren’t even. Will never be paying $24 for terrible service like that again!!

First time client. I had an appointment at 12:30, I arrived at 1225 and checked in. At 1pm I mentioned I had an apt at 1230 and they yelled back and forth in an Asian language and never responded to me or tended to the appointment. After patiently waiting 45 minutes past my apt time and 15 minutes longer then the service would have taken I got up and walked out. They could have cared less. This is definitely not the place to support with your precious hard earned dollars.
