So this place is right across the street from the neighborhood I grew up in, so I’ve been here at least a dozen times over the years. Please, listen to a sister. Don’t go here unless you want your nails ruined. This place is not quality— they’ll lie about the wait to get you in a chair, then rush your nails (cutting you, ruining your nail bed with the drill, and sloppy shaping) to get someone else who is waiting into the chair. Do NOT come here unless it’s a real emergency.

In the photos below, I asked for my two middle nails to be fixed. I let the tech know that they were dip nails with gel polish. He grinded the entire nail off, slapped on an acrylic tip and did a sloppy job with acrylic (instead of using gel like I had asked for specifically), the black polish AND the shaping. They charged me $10 for that. You can still see the polish on my skin and the way the nails aren’t fully painted on the side.

First time here because Pretty Nails is temporarily closed. The pedicure was alright but my acrylics came out absolutely horrible. The lady was too busy asking me questions about my life and trying to get a good tip instead of focusing on my nails. When I got home I literally had the acrylic on my actual skin all over the place and I had to pull it off myself. They also came out so so crooked. I’ve never had such bad service before. I am definitely missing Pretty Nails right now and will not stay here after pretty nails reopens. This place only deserves that one star because of the pedicure.

I got my nails done here recently and it’s was horrible. The service was bad, the guy doing my nails had an attitude and would literally throw my hand roughly. And i came for a refill and he did me a new set and it was horrible. He did such a messy work and they look so bulky. He sit on the first chair where you pay. And he still charge me $80 on a horrible work he did.

I like the place ,but personally I love the way thanh work he do very nice and professional work I recommend this place

So far so good I like the way my nails look not too sharp not to round the guy was kind of serious but maybe that’s just his personality? Lol... The place is kind of empty to compared to pretty nails across the street but I could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the person for me was quite relaxing but at the same time he was anxious because I don’t know if it was empty because of bad service or what etc. etc....I got a new set for $25 I guess it was five dollars to takeoff and 20 for the set right I was actually quite surprised that he took them off my old ones without hurting me he was really fast and really efficient now let’s see how it turns out for the rest of the upcoming days I hope it doesn’t get stuck in my hair and my clothes LOL like a lot of them

Never coming here again! I use to be a regular until recently they kept doing such a bad job on my nails. Last time i went to give them one more chance the guy did my acrylic nails in such a hurry and turned out such a mess. Like how can you mess up on simple white nails? And my nails were super thin. Will not be coming again

Love the deluxe pedicure because of the massage too! Service is always nice and you do not wait long to be served. I usually go early in the am when they open tho. Nice salon for the price and service.
