I came here for acrylic removal, gel mani and regular pedi. I loved my experience. I was seated quickly as the salon wasn't busy. Tien did a great job with my gel mani. She chose a shape that suited the length of my natural nails. Mary did an excellent job with my pedicure, especially since my feet were in rough shape. They both provided an excellent massage. I am very happy with the results and will be back.
Ann did great! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and they came out PERFECT! Location is great and the ambiance is very relaxing. Definitely a place to have a girls spa day sit back relax and feel sexy. I will be coming here as long as they are in business.
I was a regular client at this place. On the second day I did my set , one of my nails got broken . I tried to go to the place as a walk in and try to fix it (not for free of course) , I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and then they told me that no one does acrylic today . That’s fine, we scheduled an appointment for next day, I came to the store waited again , before they told me there is no one available to help me and I have to wait for an hour. Incredibly not professional service
At Nails By Vivian, it's always a wonderful experience. Vivian is so kind and thoughtful. She will always fit you in whether you have an appointment or not. I've been with her for many years. Ms. Mary is my favorite pedicurist and manicurist. I did something new with my pedicure. I got the Cucumber heat wrap and scrub. Plus the massage was out of this world. Not only is the place beautiful with the chandeliers, it matches everyone's attitude.
MY WIFE ELEANOR WENT TO VIVIAN'S NAIL SALON ON SUNDAY - SHE WANTED TO TRY A NEW SALON CLOSER TO OUR HOME - A VERY TALENTED AND FRIENDLY YOUNG MAN : TOMMY WORKED ON HER NAILS AND SHE WAS SO VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK - HE WAS PATIENT AND EXTREMELY DETAIL- ORIENTED AND TOOK HIS TIME - I, PERSONALLY THINK, MY WIFE NAILS NEVER LOOKED ANY BETTER - FROM NOW ON, SHE WILL BE LOYAL TO TOMMY IN THIS SALON - THANK YOU !

The upgraded remodel is very nice. Technicians are reasonably polite. The experience tends to be better as you become a long time customer. Solid Pedi in a pinch.
The first two visits I rated them 4 stars. I had Tim and Kevin doing french ombre for me. One star taken off because of hygiene reasons, but the final product looks amazing.
The third visit I rate them a 2/5. Even though the final product looks good as usual, the process was unpleasant. The nail tech used the filing drill to take off the old powder and it was hurting my skin and cuticles. I told her it was really painful suggesting that she needed to go lighter or be more careful. She did none of those and kept saying "No, it is not painful". Totally unacceptable. Also, I told her what I wanted for my nails and she said "it's like children playing with colors". I like honest and straight-foward opinion when I ask for it, but I didn't.
I will NOT come back to this salon!!! I wanted a deluxe pedicure, but I asked Mary not to cut my toenails. Well, she didn’t use toenail clippers but cuticle nippers. She cut half my toenail off on the sides, they are now in ugly shaped points, that hurt due to being cut wrong. I asked her why she cut my nail’s sooo short, she said oh I’m sorry!!! No discount, nothing!! Never again!!!
