I didn’t understand why I got charge $70 for this… and Richard (the owner) didn’t put me even hands cream or nails oil when he finished. He said he had to cut the Cuticle back on my nails and that’s why I had to pay more… WHAT? Everyone else does it for free because is the basic process of doing nails, no? I didn’t complained because I don’t like to do it, but this is too much. Also, Richard tried to flirt with me and have “something” with me while I was telling him I AM MARRIED and I am young… Sorry, but I didn’t like that, and responding to your question: I DON’T need a second “boyfriend”, and you can literally be my grandfather. Other thing, prices are ridiculously high, considering the results.

Very nicely decorated with indirect lighting and chill background music. New high quality massage chairs and good service. Just what I needed to relax and unwind before a wedding weekend. My gel French pedicure was perfect.

Went back to have chipped gel polish repaired. Had major chipping 2 days after service right before holidays. Called and asked them to fix shabby looking gel manicure. Went back they re did service and attempted to charge me full price after assuring me on the phone they wanted to fix it and make me happy. I refused to pay, they then told me I must pay 1t or they would report theft. So I gave them 15 plus a generous tip to the lady that redid service. Here I am 2 days later with major chipping and hang nails like crazy. Never again will I deal with such poor customer service and very shabby nails.

Disappointed in my experience just to get my acrylic nails removed. This was my first time at this salon; I had gotten a full set done at a different salon, and simply wanted the long acrylics that I had taken off. I had them on for 3 weeks, you could clearly see the growth, and to reiterate AGAIN, simply wanted them off. Instead of my clear wishes of just taking the acrylics off, two different nail techs asked me “why” I wanted them off, and kept pushing me to get a manicure. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon for any future services. I understand you are running a business and ‘up selling’ is part of this business, but if someone says no, then please STOP asking and then treating me as if I am crazy for not wanting a manicure. And despite feeling more than uncomfortable in the 10-15 minutes that I spent here, I was still respectful enough to leave a tip, but don’t expect the same respect from this business.

Feb 18, 2023: brought my 14 y/o niece out for a girls day. There was a family feud of some kind within the staff. It lasted the entire time we were there (almost 2 hrs) Escalation and persistent squabbling left one nail tech in tears, while she worked on my nieces hands. Richard threatened to close shop but didn't. I felt frustrated that when things would quiet down and work would resume, Richard's wife kept on talking which prompted others to get worked up again. There was nothing fun or relaxing about this experience.

The pedicure was great. When I got gel nails the male Tech. was terrible. Second time I got gel nails the tech.was rude to me. I'll never go back. Also when I gave a tip they spoke out loud how much I gave them.

Richard was great, he did the best job on my nails i’ve ever had, the women also who did my toes, i didn’t catch her name but she and richard were both very gentle and caring of what i wanted and the best quality and product for my budget

This is my 2nd favorite nail salon ever! I have small feet for my age so usually whenever I get pedicures (people don’t mean to) the person doing my pedicure is usually slightly aggressive with my feet like, handling them but this place was unbelievable! They have incredibly comfortable massage chairs. I would ????% come here again! ????
