The salon was clean, and the staff was very welcoming, Sophia did my nails and they turned out amazing, I am so happy with the results. She outdid herself and I got exactly what I asked for from Sophia. Sophia was super nice and very gentle with the tools and she really took her time. Also I would like to add that the lady that did my toes, even though I didn’t get her name was very nice and did great job getting me the exact color I wanted and my pedicure came out amazing.
J or Jay did my nails. They came out perfect! He assisted me with picking the type of purple I wanted and adding a simple design as I asked for. My nails lasted for more than I expected and I will definitely be back! Pedicure was done by someone else but it also turned out amazing. Thank you guys for a professional pleasant experience.
First off i am unhappy with the service i have received this was my first time at this place and my very first time getting my nails done since 2014 after the passing of my mother. Im so hurt i really wanna cry for all the money you spend the service is horrible. If I can give this place zero stars I would I should have listened to all the bad reviews before going to this place to get my nails done. I paid $95 dollars total for a job looks like a toddler did my nails Vivian did my nails and she did a horrible job... after all the money I paid I left unhappy and the worst thing is I didn't give them no attitude I just said to myself I would never come to this place again... if this place was the last place on earth to get my nails done i wouldn't go as i sat there and watched Vivian did a careless job On my nails. I wouldn't return or recommend anyone to go to this place... I'm sorry for the long paragraph but I'm so hurt because I work hard for my money and for someone to treat me or anyone in such way its sad... you guys need to be far to your customers Nail Amour not treat them like trash... especially if there a new customer. Last but not least I was told 4 different prices.. $60 $65 $70 $85 for my hand only my feet was $30... please im begging anyone who's thinking about going to this place to not go to this place ???? ???? especially if it's your first time ???? my nails are very thin I feels like she didn't put no acrylic on my nails
Going to this nail salon was the best decision ever. We were able to walk in and we were seated immediately. Their customer service is impeccable. They offered drinks and were very polite. They have a wide variety of colors. My nails look so perfect, best manicure ever, they were so gentle and paid attention to detail. The pedicure was awesome too, they took my gel off the right way, got hot stones and warm towel. I loved it, I’ll recommend this place to everyone!
Will not come here again. I was told 50 for short nails and 30 for a regular pedicure. When they finished they told me to pay $90 total. The guy doing my nails had an attitude the entire time. Horrible service. Will not be coming back. It’s a shame because they did a good job with the actual work but they changed the pricing at the end. So sad.
I love my nails! My new nail tech is Jay and he is amazing! The salon is super clean and i always get serviced right away! I usually do walk ins but i just found out they offer appointments!
Absolutely loveee this place, my nails are sooo beautiful and the nail tech was really really fast while also being careful and paying attention to detail. Also the prices are sooo good I couldn't be happier ❤️
Sophia is my girl! She has been doing my nails for the last year and I trust her with any major events happening for me. She is also very good with time management. I usually don’t like giving away my gems, but I enjoy watching this business grow.
