It was ok, but I'm used to nail salons soaking your feet before cutting your toenails to make them softer. Also, the salon I usually went to actually did designs when you asked for them instead of just lines, and the cost is usually only 5 dollars . I'm new to the area, so I will check out the other salons and see if they are actually nail spas. Also, don't forget the spas will usually do the hot rocks massage along with the scrub on your legs. I only got my gel nails removed for $5 & $1 tip. They’re very efficient and precise. Overall, good experience.
They have a lot of cool nail designs & colors for the gel manicure . They do a great job though but sometimes it is slightly thick on the nail texture if you get acrylics. Other than that, the gel color is great and stays on for over 2 weeks!!

This is my usual nail salon. Katie is my nail tech and does a good job with SNS nails and pedicure. She also gives a really good massage. They can improve on mannerisms when you walk through the door. I don't think its polite to greet by asking "What do you want". It comes off very rude.
Cici at 360 is the BEST! I seriously tell her every time I see her because it's true. I've been going to her since 9/2020, and every single time she does a perfect job. Even when I have waited 3-4 weeks for a fill, my nails have never started flipping off & have never broke.
I usually get a solid color but I wanted to try ombre this time. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. Thank you Cici, you're the bomb ❤️ ????
Called for an appt. They gave me the appt time. I was there on time and was told bruskly to wait. As I waited another person came in, was sat immediately and was started. After waiting for almost 15 min I asked how much longer and was told 5 more min. They were not very nice and did not communicate why I was made to wait while others who arrived after me were served before. I won't go back. There are plenty of nail salons in the area, so I would prefer to support a business that is more respectful of its clients and their time. And btw, found another salon 3 minutes away and was seen as soon as I arrived and they did a beautiful job!
