Never coming here again. Simple task... Just remove my gel nails! Waited 49 minutes soaking my nails, while 2 other employees walking around doing nothing and the guy was giving a pedicure to someone . I had to wait until he finished. Removing nails shouldn't be more than 15 minutes ! Even after he finished my nails, looked horrible. Not all the gel/acrylic was off and nails are uneven. He cut my fingers multiple times with his tool. Only good thing was the price if removal is the same like other salons. But honestly with this service , they didn't deserve to be even paid for it.

This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever went to they made my nails bleed there so unprofessional and charge to much don’t ever go here !!!!!!!!!

The workers are nice but the quality is honestly poor with nail sets . Their gel pedicures are good and doesn't feel rushed but do not go here to do nails you will spend around $60 and have your nails break same day and at most within 24 hours . I don't do nail shops anymore just go to a licensed nail tech @ryantoplinenails, Reinas Beauty Bar is good but by appt but they will last long and in same $$ price range a little more for better quality.

I've been going here for 12 years. I used to get just pedicures, then started getting pink and whites, then stopped doing manicures for a while and the past 2 years get dip manicures. They are awesome, accomodating, are cheap compared to most places and do great work!!! They care about your nail health (Mary doesn't like to soak the dip polish off like other places because that destroys your nail), that's why I love her!

Awesome place to get eyebrows waxed, I've got them done with 3 different people. Two messed them up and only one has perfected my eyebrows now going on 11 years and that is Tiffany. She is an awesome person and great at what she does, I wouldn't trust anyone else at least when it comes to eyebrows. Remember, see Tiffany for any of your needs, she is highly recommended!

I took my fiance here thinking it would be a good place, due to the fact that it is inside the Mall. Customer service was good but they are horrible at doing nails. Three different people worked on my fiance nails and they still came out horrible. Can't believe we paid $50 for nails that look like they are days old. Later on that night when we looked at them, the sides are chipped and the top of the nails have dents. Told her to go back to get them fixed but she just rather go to someone else to try to get them fixed. Have to get them re-done all over. Will not be coming back.

Did my lashes and they started to come apart after the second day and were very crunchy, when i went to remove them with lash remover, oil, water they did not come off! When they did most of my natural lash was also removed though i did not rip them off and handled them softly. I had the worst experience ever and now i do not have lashes as well and out of $30.

I got a massive waxing job done just earlier this evening, but it was not my first time there. This time I saw Tina, and April. they were very friendly, made nice conversation, and were very thorough. They didn't rush either. Very pleasant experience. The store does have a strong chemical smell from all the nail chemicals, but that is the only downfall of this place.
