I had an appointment at 10am I was seen at 10:30. Half way during the session she gets up and helps a walk in, she finishes her nails but I had to wait 25 minutes then she comes back and continues on mine. Then she tells me she can’t do my set of nails it has be a certain way.. if they need help they should probably hire people.. but 65 bucks was not worth it . It was just pink powder as well no nail color :(
absolutely horrible!!
they used MMA on my nails (which is ILLEGAL in the state of CA)!!! the place is COMPLETELY unsanitary. powder was EVERYWHERE. they cut me 4 different times, then put alcohol on it right after. my nails where uneven. she was rough on me. absolutely horrible!!
I went in for a pedicure with my baby, very nice staff, they’re very friendly, but I got my toes done white and she didn’t do a very good job. She got paint on my skin which will cause the gel polish to fall faster. I was just not satisfied with how my toes look with the white polish. I think they could’ve done a better job.
This is the second time i go and halfway in my pedi one of the ladys stops my pedi to go wax eyebrows in the back in the middle of my pedicure! ???????? mind you already started the pedicure!, Not professional! Will not be going back.
I’ve been very happy with Nail & Spa Tech. Reasonable prices and they do a good job.
They also done some nice upgrades then they shut down out country.????
Very friendly and they have done a great job everytime that I have done my nails.
Horrible experience. Waited 1 hour and took 2 hrs doing my nails. Called to tell them that 6 of my nails smudged. She said how much you pay. $28 that what you wanted. So it was just a full fill and color. I'm never going back again. Anyone else reading this should go any place else. I told her that I was going to put a bad review. She said okay bye. So here it is. If there was a zero star that is what I would give them.
They always do a great job...clean facility for always being so busy...had a gentleman do my pedi today, he didn't take the same care the female associates do...I felt rushed and shortcutted...I will return, I'll just request a female...
