Although the work of the person who did my nails was decent, the cleanliness of utensils and the shop in general is worrisome. I did not like the customer service and I just hope that no one catches anything from their dirty clippers. I asked for him to give me fresh clippers and he got mad and kept cutting me off after trying to explain. He then went to his drawer and got some used clippers, not in a bag or fresh. The person who did my nails did not wear gloves and when he was done with the utensils, he whipped it off with his fingers and put it back in his bin. I refused services after that and told him to just paint my nails. He put oil on me and somehow someone else’s hair was on my feet. He then rubbed my feet off with the dirty towel from his back pocket. Will not be back.

This place is disgusting, I didn’t even see him grab a fresh towel. It felt hard. Never had an experience like this and hopefully they will shut down soon.

It’s nice and at times it’s busy but it goes really fast.

Just got my nails done 2 days ago and it already looks like I need a fill. The guy was rushing so fast that my nails look sloppily painted and he didn't even go down close to the cuticle so it looks like they've been grown out for weeks. For the price I paid I should have received way better service I will never return again. Not to mention he filed the sides of my nails down so hard that all the skin is peeling and I have cuts on the sides of my fingers.

Ruined my nail and laughed at me I asked her name she said it was Lisa. That was not her name. Extremely unprofessional. I came there weekly and brought my daughter twice a week and my gma for facials. You do the math how much money they lost with one very unkind act

I do not recommend. Very dirty. Tried to charge me $15 for shellac on top of $20 for the design. So $35 for designs. How do you charge me an additional $15 to use shellac for a design. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning.

Katie takes pretty good care of my wife, my son, and I here. We regularly patronize this establishment. It's good to either go early or make an appointment to avoid long waits. Haven't had any major issues. They usually resolve any minor issues we've ever had with no problem.

We pretty much stick to the same techs when we go, also.

Honestly (and unfortunately), I have occasionally (not often) seen certain techs do a rush job as some of the other reviewers have stated, but I guess it just depends on who you have. All of the staff is not like that, though. If you get a good tech... stick with that person (maybe stick with two in case one is not there). I'd suggest that if there is a major issue that a person should get the techs name and let whoever is in charge know right away (Who knows? It could make a difference. Then again, it might not. Lol Heck, I don't know. Ijs. Just a suggestion. ????????‍♂️)

Fortunately for my family, we've had pretty good experiences.

I, personally, get the same thing everytime... Manicure with a buff shine (I love the hand massage afterward) and a men's deluxe pedicure with sea salt scrub. I love it. I just sit back and relax in the massage chair and enjoy my pedicure. Lol

We'll be going back in another week or so. Hate to hear some of the horror stories on here. It's unfortunate, but ALL the staff is not terrible. Don't judge the whole business on account of one or 2 bad apples.

Service was awful today, pedicure - she barely scrubbed my feet, water was extremely cold, just overall terrible experience. ????

This establishment is very unprofessional. I have taken my daughters there with me a few times and we have all noticed that they don’t do a very good job, it seems very rushed. It’s as if they focus on quantity rather than quality when it’s comes to customers. After my most recent experience, I wouldn’t take a rat there, not to mention a human being. While I was there at my most recent appointment, two days ago, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. They painted my nails sloppily, and only painted half of some nails, I pointed it out to them and was told I shouldn’t be looking at my nails while they’re painting it and should be looking at something else instead, repeatedly. They are very rude to customers, even if you politely point something out. I would give them zero stars if possible.
