Best nail studio in our area. Great service and prices. I have tried so many places over the years, and nail studio is always the best! Family owned and operated and friendly staff who actually care how your nail come out. I'll be a nail studio customer for life.

Tweety is the BEST! She always does exactly what I ask for and does it perfect! I personally think she’s the best nail artist in western mass! She also does them very quickly and is precise and affordable! I highly recommend her and the Chicopee Nail Studio….from what I’ve seen they all seem to do a good job!

They were super sweet and really patient with me since I wasnt entirely sure what design I wanted on my nails. Since my nails are short I didn't think I could get flowers, but they made it work and it looks amazing!!

This was amazing! I got my nails done with a reasonable price, at a late time, kind workers, and a amazing nail design. I’m so happy with the way my nails turned out!

This pedi was NOT relaxing… I feel bad because the people are nice. The salon is not very clean. The scrub brush she used on my feet was old and the mangled bristles were scratching me to the point of pain. She didn’t tell me her name (or I would reference it) and tapped my foot whenever she wanted me to do something, without telling me what to do, so I just had to figure it out. She laughed at me when I said I only wanted her to file the length since I had recently cut my toenails and still cut them some. The massage chairs are old and either feel like barely anything or bounce you hard off of them and vibrate to the point of making me worry it would mess up the polish. She also left my legs wet and cold without drying them while she went to find a hot towel, then left the hot towel awkwardly balancing on mt legs so long it got cold (and it’s already freezing outside). I only went here because I needed a last min appt before a trip and it is next to my gym that I was headed to after. But I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else or just put gel polish on myself and saved the money for a less than enjoyable experience.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and I just want to say I love everyones work and customer service. I could be having a bad day and being there for just a few minutes gets me in a better mood. Not to mention Alex always nails what I ask for in reference photos! :)

It wasn’t necessarily a bad mani pedi, except for the place just not being clean. Don’t bother making an appt here. I waited over an hour when I had made an appt. Luckily I was there with a friend to make the time go by faster during the wait, but if it was just me I probably wouldn’t have waited the hour past my appt. time.

Honestly the only place I like to go to. They are always so nice. They even stayed late to do my nails. Amazing service! Never got a bad set of nails from them!
