i went to get my nails done today when i came in it was great my shaping was amazing i was already excited but when it came to application it went down hill the nails had bubbles in them the clear was milky white the nail bits weren’t clean they gave me a different color then asked for when i asked if they could do a ombré set for me they said yes but it wasn’t ombré at all... she tried telling me it was my fault and said the nails looked fine when i asked to get them removed it was a whole problem the professionalism is not existent here. oh and i just realized they cut me multiple places

I don't even know what the heck they thought they were doing, but let me tell you they are no where near fit for the job. My nails and hands felt abused because of how rough the people were. I ask for gentleness and and they ignored me after asking 4 times. The manager kept on responding to every question with there's nothing I can do about it. THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR CUTICLE THINGS EITHER SO BEWARE OF INFECTION AND STAW AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

this place is absolutely HORRID i asked for a cute peach heart design and showed a photo of what i had asked for and she was completely off. She had tried blame it on the colors i chose but the lines were completely off and there was paint on my fingers. there was even a hair in my nail. we had them redo it and she still did terrible. DO NOT GO HERE

Been coming here for quite some time the service is excellent good atmosphere new equipment very professional staff I got the full service on my pedicure and they were incredible it’s worth it I recommend this place to anyone looking for a pedicure manicure salon

I’m writing this review while getting my toes painted. I got full set with gel polish, the worst customer service ever. The quality of nails is very poor. They don’t know how to shape nails at all. When you ask them to fix it they get mad. If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. Not to mention this was for my engagement.

This place has gone down!!! I’ve been here a few times and each time I tell myself that I’m never going back. Well I went back here 2 weeks ago and got a pedicure, and boy was I wrong for going back. First of all, they don’t have anyone trained to do pedicures. A male did my pedicure and long story short, I requested callous remover that goes on the bottom of your feet! Well this guy decides to use the thing and he cut the side of my big toe!!!!! That isn’t even the area that he was supposed to be scrubbing!!!! I now have a cut there, that is trying to heal but looks dark in the area. Needless to say, I’m NEVER going back here ever again!!! The list could go on about reasons to not go to this place but I would suggest that you guys don’t go here either. He cut my foot….
