I was able to get right in (they do prefer appointments) . They were professional and did a great job with both my pedicure and manicure. I actually think this is the best nail service I have had in this area . I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I have come to this place several times because the staff is friendly and welcome. After my last visit, I have decided that I will not return. I received a mani/pedi. The tools that were used for both nails were not cleaned. I got a dip powder for my hands. The technician did not cut or even push my cuticles back. When dipping into the base and color powders, she reused the powder back into the jar. This is completely unhygienic. During application, it looked like globs were added to the top of my nails. Like I said, the staff are warm, but due to poor hygiene and skilled techs, I will not return. The photo is from a few weeks of regrowth.
Visiting the area and walked in to get a dip manicure. Comfortable atmosphere, staff was friendly, and my nails look great. Price was reasonable and exactly as quoted.
Unfortunately, this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received, and at a high price at that ($30). The women working on my feet did a very rushed and sloppy job and did not exfoliate well at all…my feet look almost identical to before I went in, only with new, sloppy nail polish. My toenails are uneven and with sharp edges, and my feet are extremely dry…they didn’t even ask me if the temperature of the water was OK. Very bad experience and will not be back.
Despite some of the negative reviews, I gave Nail Square a try as a walk-in. They were very welcoming and got me in right away for a full set. I thought my nails looked great, and they were quick (which I like!)
My 2nd experience was for a fill that I scheduled an appointment for. Like my first visit, it did not disappoint. The person who did my fill was quick, but not sloppy, and I'm happy with the results.
I have been going to Kayla every 3 weeks for over 3 years now. I get long (and I mean long) acrylic coffin nails and NO ONE gives me such perfect shape every single time. I always schedule an appointment and very rarely have to wait and if I do it's no more than 5 minutes. I get constant compliments on my nails everywhere I go and I always tell them to see Kayla! Plus they are by far the cleanest nail salon I've been to around here. My nail appointments are my happy time and I'm never disappointed!
Really disappointing. Lisa and her lovely daughter are fantastic. However, the other girls not so much. Probably will never go back. The girl who did my nails practically ripped the old residue off, and ground them down so much that it hurt and my nails were hot and burning. And she didn't file the sides , so there were sharp shards I had to file when I got home. That's never happened to me anywhere!
Nail Square is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and a gel fill for my nails. My pedicure was basic and the supposedly nail tech was going so fast rushing to finish that she didn’t even massage my feet and legs but for a half a second. Afterwards the same tech rushed through doing my nails so fast and kept allowing the drill to roll over to my skin on my fingers. I told her several times not to be so rough and be more gentle and to slow down but she didn’t. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. When I checked out to pay I told her how bad of an experience I had and did not feel at all pampered or cared for. She was so rude, never apologized and charged me a very high price. When I got home my nails were horrible and tacky they were uneven, not smooth and kept catching onto my sweater. There was gel that run over to my finger and were stuck there. I could clearly tell that all she wanted was my money quick fast and in a hurry. I called immediately and Kayla the manager was so nice and pleasant and told me to come back and she would personally fix my nails. That other tech needs to get more technical training and learn some customer service skills especially being in the beauty business. I’ll never go back!
