I have frequented this salon since 2014 with an exception of this past year. 2022 I only visited the salon once in February. Jason has always been very sweet, gentle and speedy with services which is why I usually highly recommend him. I visited the salon last Thursday 2/9/23 for a pedi and full set. I usually get an acrylic overlay on my big toes for $5 per toe totaling $10. So I asked for this and Jason looked me in the face and told me he didn’t know how to do it and would prefer to put a tip on.. which was odd to me because he has done the overlay for me before on my toes with no tip. I wasn’t even mad about being charged $15 for the tips just don’t lie and say you don’t know how to do it when you’re an experienced nail tech of many years. I am also a cosmetologist and know he has full knowledge on how to build a mail with acrylic. So moving on from that it comes time for me to get my nails done and not only was Jason rude to me (I’m guessing because I challenged him about the acrylic) but he was so rough with me and displayed passive aggression throughout my full nail service. My nails were not shaped how I asked but I felt nervous to say anything else because of his response the first time. I usually do not write bad reviews especially not on THIS salon but I just still am in disbelief that I was treated this way at an establishment I have spent hundreds, I’m willing to even say thousands of dollars at over the years. It is important to keep customer service first in all settings, even private owned businesses. It has declined here. This visit nails and toes 8/10 and service was a solid 3 only because the lady doing my feet tried to be nice.
I went to this place on Christmas and I asked them to design my nails, someone recommended me that Jason do a good job I asked for him to do my nails when I asked him to design he said he don’t do that and it was expensive too, my experience was not so good ????
I absolutely love Jason and Jenny there! They are true professionals and I can truly say their work really last 3 weeks plus without chipping, peeling or coming off!!! Not to mention their prices are fairly inexpensive with a Monday-Wednesday special and they are quick! My only objective would be the tidiness of the place and how over lapping the pedicure chairs are. The entire place could use an update on remodeling but other than that I enjoy My time there.
I’ve been going here for 8 years and I’ve always had a gr at experience. I always love my nails, toes and eyebrows. I recently moves an hour away and I still come back to Jason.
$40 for pedi with gel removal & no polish. I received almost no massage...done in 20 minutes. I feel ripped off. Worker sat in chair next to me *with all other chairs open) playing music on her phone so I couldn't hear the TV or relax. Does anybody care anymore about their customer's experience?
I love Nail spa! I’ve been going since they first opened. Jason is my favorite but all of the other ladies are amazing. Just have to patient they could be a little slow sometimes.
I had the most terrible experience that I have ever had at any salon before. First the lady I was originally assigned took like 20 mins to find a working electric nail file seemed like every one she pulled out didn’t work. Then she switched with another lady who asked me how I wanted my nails. I ask for two tones on just the big toe, she didn’t understand, I explained myself three more times to her another lady and lastly the male who seemed to be in charge. He rudely responded I don’t know where you get that done at but we don’t do that here. Disappointed but I’m like ok just do it all one color. Even one color later she did a terrible job, part of the color is missing in the corner of my toes, the cut is uneven, and the gel is already chipping. Would never go here again. I was so upset with the way they did my toes I didn’t want them to touch my manicure.
I was able to get right in for a mai/pedi. The tech was friendly and attentive. She got me in and out but it didn't feel rushed at all. I subtracted a star because I wanted my nails buffed and they weren't able to
