Came here Friday before Christmas weekend prepared for a really long wait time. It was my first time, I only waited 30 min! Not bad at all for Christmas weekend. David was nice. He was gentle and took his time with all the prepping/ shaping. I did not feel rushed which I appreciate. My nails came out exactly how I wanted! I will be back.
My appointment was at 1 o’clock. The nail technician Kevin was on time. He was so kind and so nice and did a great job on my nails. I’m very happy with my results. I wanted nice natural nails.
Got gel mani . A male manicurist didn't do a great job. He left lint on my nails, which is visible on the photo I've included, left nail polish on my skin, and I even had to file my nails after he was done. He filed my nails way too much and left them too thin. Unfortunately, I'm not coming back to this nail shop.
Customer service is top quality at the door!. You’re almost immediately seated, great music for a relaxing mood. This place is very accommodating and it was nice to see how spacious it is. I’d recommend Nail Spa Excel to anyone looking for a good spot.
2 Stars because the pedicure itself was fine. Femal technician did a pretty good job with that.
Male technician doing my Manicure not so much. Final result looked sloppy.
Plus towels are used multiple times for different customers. Saw myself how one technician took a towel my tech used for me and took it for another customer. Does not feel hygenic. Also they do not seem to take a fresh sterilized set of tools each time, rather than soak the tips of the tools in acetone for a little. Just does not feel right. In other places I have gone to every client gets a freshly wrapped tool set that was sterilized in a machine.
Won't go there again
Natalie was phenomenal! I have a lot of arthritis pain in my hands and she was incredibly gentle and my nails turned out beautifully!
This was my first visit to this shop and I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful it was. They did not rush their services and they do quality work. Well worth every penny I spent for mani/Pedi. My nail tech Pen was so kind and professional. He made the experience elevated by just caring about his work and me as a customer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and took time to find out my style and wants.
Very speedy pedicure, didnt use soap to clean my feet and barely massaged feet. Its not like anyone was waiting to be next either. My nails looked okay in the end, but i wasnt completely satisfied with overall service
