Came in for a pamper day & the customer service seemed very bias… I’m very decent looking so the stares definitely gave me I’m the only poc in there vibes along with it getting super quiet when I walked in. The nail tech who sits in the very first chair botched my full set after she tried to persuade me to pay $110 for gel instead of $50 for the regular but I’m not easily persuaded, so that’s when I noticed she had an attitude about my decision…. After the small verbal exchange that’s when I pointed out her attitude said told me to wait a half hour for the next nail tech smh I will NEVER come back here!
Love this place. Parking is terrible because it's a small shopping center with small parking spaces.. but If you don't mind the walk then you can park on the street by Vons. I like to book with Kevin, Vivian, and Gigi because they are efficient and my nails always look great.
I tried going somewhere else because I live in Pasadena but it just did not work.
Kevin is your man if you want a a really nice fast set! Must make an appointment. Gigi is your artist if you want designs. appointments are necessary and usually if you ask the receptionist who she thinks would be the best for she will give you her honest opinion
This was my first time here, but I heard good things from other people. I am not satisfied with these results at all. If I go back I may try another tech. My tech this day was super friendly but did a sloppy job.
This place is amazing. Definitely recommended everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They do such a fantastic job. Linda and Gigi do an amazing job I always leave very happy with my nails and Pedi.
Clean and professional staff. Have been coming here for almost 2 years. Linda, Johnny, Gigi have done our nails. Every technician there is experienced and professional! Make sure to make an appointment in advanced.
No no no. Rushed service is BAD service. I paid $108 for a set and pedi. My gel pedi looks bulky and UGLY. My nails looks so sloppy/ slanted/ and uneven. I told the nail tech several times to fix them and she would get bothered. She would slam her tools every time I asked her to shave down or showed dissatisfaction. Rude ad fu**.
It was my first time and the receptionist was great to make my appointment on the phone! The man who did my pedicure was Michael . He was very nice , did a great job and did all with a smile and great attitude!
Definitely going back !
