Not kept very clean inside the actual shop. The tanks for pedicures look like they desperately need to be replaced; one of the jacuzzi jet covers came off and was just floating around until someone noticed.
Most importantly, all of the tools they use are already used. They do not look cleaned at all. I don't know how many people they've been used on. Just gross!
They don't really clean under your toenails or try much at all to get dead skin off around toenails. Just quick snips with the cuticle cutter.
Look for somewhere else.
DO NOT COME HERE. Every tool has already been used and not washed at all. Lady hurt me, forgot to massage and messed up the nail polish so bad that it was slushing off of my nail. When asked to fix it, lady put oil on them with her bare hands and then told me to put my sneakers on when they weren’t dry. She didn’t want me to leave with the flip flops because she was going to use them again. Not to mention the place was disgusting. Leaks in the ceiling, the TVs didn’t work and had loose wires hanging from the ceiling. Don’t go here unless you want your day to be ruined!!
Good place to get your nails done. The weekends are busy I'd recommend making an appointment. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable.
They are awesome here had my nails done there today and the young man who took care of me did an amazing job. I can't remember what his name was. Exactly what I wanted thank you so much ????????????
This is the first time I've ever been to nail master and I got a gel manicure. This family run business is spacious, clean, and they are very friendly and good at what they do. They make sure everything is perfect and ask you to make sure. They dont make you feel rushed. They are very precise and want to make sure you love what they do. Would 100% go back. Its also nice to not feel like they are talking about you in another language. Most other places I've been too I feel like they talk about the customers and there is no way of them knowing.

The owner always seemed very rude and disrespectful when I would go there to get my nails done. I used them about a handful of times because I would tan right next door so it was convenient. But I will not go back. He never smiled or welcomed me in a nice manner. He never said goodbye or thank you. His attitude is downright rude. When a customer comes in to your establishment you should be grateful for that and you should show respect and appreciation. They also don’t allow you to tip with your debit card which is also very inconvenient considering barely anyone carries cash nowadays. Some of the other staff members are nice but the majority of them just seem miserable. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn’t appreciate my business. I will never go back there.
My sister and I went here and got our nails done. Hers came out absolutely amazing. I had nick he was friendly, took his time and made sure they were even. I will definitely be going back there for now on!
