Nails turned out fine, not exactly what I asked for but I'm not upset at what I got. However I will say as a future tip to not comment on a clients weight/acne. It was uncalled for. I went to get my nails done not to be scrutinized over my appearance- you don't know what health issues someone is dealing with so step with kindness!
I absolutely loved being here. They are CoVid friendly by keeping it clean and requiring masks at all times as well as making sure you wash your hands before they start. Ace, the owner, did my nails and they are beautiful. He did a gel polish and was friendly and kind and mindful of what I was asking for. Definitely coming here again!
I feel bad writing this because I know how hard nail professionals work, but I was so disappointed in my experience here.
They are very nice and accommodating, but:
-The "spa" in the foot bath was not working
-My toe nails were not filed evenly
-They don't let you choose your nail polish (I always choose OPI because I know I can depend on the quality), so not sure what brand of polish they use, but after a couple of hours, the finish does not look good (so pretty sure it's not OPI)
-Two of my nail cuticles were cut.
On the good side:
-She did a good job smoothing out my feet.
The best and will not disappoint! Diamond is the sweetest and so good at what she goes. It’s clean and they have the best selection of colors. ❤️
