Beautiful color selection, beautiful nails. So happy I found this place anytime I’m in PA I come here. Prices are accurate, quick service, nice people.

I went there today to get my nails done and my eyebrows the eyebrows came out great my nails didn’t. They aren’t even and they said they wouldn’t do my design so I had them do it alittle different and the designed nail came out looking so bad.

First, lets preface this with everyone with an appointment waited hours! We were not the only ones. We made 3 appointments and waited an hour and fifteen minutes. When we questioned why so long they got annoyed and rude. Unfortunately, we needed the mani for an event that day. The guy managed to tone it down and endear himself but the woman was nasty. Beyond that she made the nails uneven. The guy fixed the one I requested. If you are looking for a happy stress free environment this isn't it! This was supposed to be a fun and memorable event....it is memorable for the wrong reason.

I have recently gone to nail love, I asked John for a certain shape and a French tip. He completely disregarded me and did what he wanted anyway, my nails don’t look at all how I want them to. I decided to go get them fixed today and I walked in on John screaming at a teenager, grandmother, and her little sister for something they had no control over. Then saw him physically assault one of the employees. I was genuinely scared to be there so I decided to leave. Will never go again!!!

I love Anh, she is very good! I always call ahead to make an appointment because they are so good they are always busy.

They do pedicures and have awesome new massage chairs to enjoy while getting one! Waxing is also offered there, I believe.

I was waiting my turn to get my nails done, and I witnessed a commotion. I heard one of the employees screaming frightened because another employee was assaulting her. He then started to yell and curse in front of a little girl. I was so scared I left before I had my nails done. I will never go back here.I don't usually post anything on reviews, but I think it's worth me warning others not to go!

I have gone to nail love since they opened (over 20 years ago).

The reason I am leaving this horrible review is for a horrible person.

John is RUDE. He does not do what you want on your nails, Does not trim cuticles with manicures (because it’s “ not included”), always pushy about adding additional services on, talks about YOU AND OTHER CUSTOMERS and, honestly, nails come out mediocre at best. But today was unacceptable!

We witnessed John yelling, cursing and physical and verbally abusing another employee ( his sister ) and Continued to Harrass a women and her grandchild.

I know many people who will no longer patronize nail love anymore solely because of John. Beware of him and his attitude. Love the girls and services but after today NOT WORTH IT!

I looked around and this is the best in town. As long as you don’t mind the wait sometimes. They are friendly and they care about customers.
