WELL, for one, I'm not from here I'm here from NC, spending time w/ fiancee. I just cannot believe how awesome this place is! Very nice people & 'TOMMY" did a FANTASTIC job on my nails! They look fantastic & can't wait to show everyone in Gastonia, thanks again for the good time I had just being with therr too!

Vivian is a true professional and strives for perfection. Best of all, she listens to how I like nails done, the length and shape. I'm always 100% satisfied with my nails when I leave. I won't be going to any other shops again.

Had nails first time done they were nice. Came back 2 weeks later for a fill and they are completely messed up. Didn’t even bother to come back to get them fixed.

I stopped in recently to get my nails done while on vacation. Vivian and Andy were the sweetest! They made me feel so welcomed. My nails were the best I've ever had! I will be telling all of my family and friends in town to come here. It was so sweet to see their little pup, Pancake. I had a very great, wholesome experience and would definitely come here again!

Yet six minutes ago at 619 pm, as a customer was paying at the register I told they were closed as I walked in there door for a pedicure. He could have stayed open, until their advertised hours...

INSTEAD, the dude with the dog sent me packing, so he could go home early. Now I have to scramble to find a place tomorrow over lunch so I can wear business casual to a medical conference on Saturday morning.

One more business we cannot count on to stand by what they simply advertise.

I got a no-chip manicure. First nail chipped about 4 hours after appointment. Second nail chipped 24 hours after appointment. I thought about going in to have them fixed but I’m sure I would be in every other day fixing different chipped nails. Usually my manicures last at least 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Nail Haven is my favorite salon and I have been coming here for several years. I love that no matter what technician does the work I have always been pleased. Thru the years when I went to other salons I was always trying to get a specific employee which was awkward. At Nail Haven all employees have done a great job. Little Pancake the puppy is an added bonus and if you’re not a dog person she will not bother you and is polite.
