Ever sense moving to Oklahoma about a year ago, didn’t take me to long to find this place, with such a good experience, customer service and atmosphere, I enjoy being able to get my nails done by sunny and his amazing wife. I’ve never had an issue with them, they work with you for appointment times, accommodate you with a drink and friendly conversation! I will continue to go to this facility, thank you guys! Absolutely the best nail salon experience I have ever had! Tan was amazing and very patient with me. I have had multiple bad experiences at other salons and he was extremely gentle and thorough. I had dip nails done, he did exactly what I wanted. The shape and end results are perfect! So excited to have found a nail salon "home"
Super friendly place! I was wanting an ombre finish on my nails and had asked for this several times before at different places but was always told no, they couldn't do that. This place said sure, it would have to be in acrylic but we can do it. Customer service is GREAT here! My nails look great! I came in with a gift card but I'll be back as a regular.
They did a great job fixing my nails after a not so great experience somewhere else. They took their time and even stayed almost an hour past their closed time to finish my nails.
Great service and super friendly. Sonny goes out of his way to make every guest feel welcome. There are certain things I like and don't like. I'm super particular, as I'm always in front of clients and have meetings where I'm presenting. My nails looking great are super important to me. His staff remembers every time and always accommodates me. Our group of girls go in every two weeks and our nails always look great. I've never been disappointed in the past two years I've been going to The Nail Forum. Whomever is giving a bad review must be having a bad day.
I made a same day appointment for a pedicure. It was a very nice relaxing experience. The staff is friendly and professional and I enjoyed complimentary bottled water. As a guy, I decided I wanted a colored pedicure. I had previously picked up a polish at CVS and they were okay with using it. It looks great. I am very happy with the service I received. I wear a lot of sandals. I will definitely come here more.
This salon is by FAR my favorite nail salon in the Edmond/OKC area. They are always friendly and they spend time making sure you get incredible service. I recommend making an appointment since they do book up frequently. The pedicures are the best around and they don’t ever feel rushed. I am starting to consider this place my home away from home.
I have been coming here for years and they have always done a fantastic, quality job. They are my favorite nail salon in Edmond/OKC area. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and everyone that has done my nails have been wonderful! Please do yourself a favor and go treat yourself at Nail Forum.
