Tammy was left in charge when Jan and Lee went on vacation and she treated me horribly to where another customer even said loudly enough that she couldn't believe she was treating me like she was in front of everyone. I feel 100% discriminated against. By the way I've been going here for 22 years and this isn't the first time I've been treated bad but the first time I've said anything about it on a review. Tammy has the worst customer service in my opinion. Taking my business and money elsewhere
Unless you are paying 170 each time they don't pay u any respect. I come in sometimes weekly depending on how long the set lasts but never longer than 2 weeks and this is how they treat someone who puts a lot of money into their pocket and has for this long. If you're interested in going or a new customer looking for a forever nail place, go somewhere else bc this is how they treated me after this long.

Nails came out warped did not take their time the person who did my nails was rough and also rude within 30 minutes of leaving the thumb nail is coming off without me getting hands wet or doing anything.
Went here to get nails done for wedding was there at 2pm didn’t leave till 5pm and my nails look like this. You can see lines in the acrylic and my nails are way bigger than my actual fingernail and are not the same size. It’s probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had
what i ask for vs what i got. i absolutely hate them i just want to take them off. they are lumpy and ugly so embarrassed to go to the beach with these.
