Waited an hour to get regular a pedi . They get mad if you don’t do a gel ! Lady put my hands in a bowl of acetone and then goes do a pedicure! Like really? Was waiting for like 15-20 said I’m leaving ! She says she has to charge 10 to remove my gel dip ! I was like you didn’t remove anything ! Just pass the machine over my nail and put my hands in a bowl ! Not fighting over 10 bucks! Paid & last time I go there! They take customers back to back and start rushing and doing sloppy jobs!
I usually get my nails done by Ken. Tonight Ken wasn't there so Hannah did my nails. She did a great job. She is a perfectionist. I will have her as my nail tech now.
So I wrote a bad review for Rainbow nails. I left and went here. Omggg Tom did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure and Anne did amazing on my pink and white. I wanted a thinner white tip that the other salon could not do. Attached are pictures. Happy Mother’s Day to me ;) I found my new go to place for good!!!
Well to start off it was sketchy because there was a line but no names were taken. To my assumption I thought it was first come first serve then I spoke.to the receptionist and she said no name she'd recognize my face, I didn't take the chance and stayed in line. Someone went in and got seen before me but I stood by and waited. ... and boy, did I LOVE my outcome for waiting !!! They hooked me up with exactly WHAT I WANTED.
Only come here to get a pedi. I see Hanna only. She does a great job and doesn't try and cut corners like some of the others.
Got these French gel on my toes Jan 2nd, it’s been almost a month !I came in very last minute to see Lisa I think her name was, she was so sweet and did a great job! I was super skeptical because I’ve dealt with pretty disappointing nail places but I was satisfied and will definitely come back.
Tools were not sanitized, job was done sloppy and the nail tech could not do design I wanted.
Worst place ever, I've been going there since high school but I stopped going because it seems that they prefer a certain skin tone. The nail tech that I had was awesome but she ended up going somewhere else so I continued to go there but not only they don't greet or ask you if u need any help but they make sure that u don't feel welcome and for a while I was in denial but the last straw for me was when this lady saw me waiting for help and she looked at me and said nothing, left the front desk and went back to doing whatever the hell it was she was doing. So if you are a melanated person, don't bother going there. You aren't welcome.
