Definitely the last time I go there. They burnt my daughter. Last time the lady got lotion in my eye. Definitely not the same from before.

I would love to give a better rating because everyone was very kind, however I do have a few problems ????
I went for an ANC/dipping powder manicure with a pedicure as well. To start, they used the dremmel tool to remove most of my previous manicure instead of starting with the acetone wrap. Then they put me in the acetone wrap and left me in the wrap throughout the duration of my pedicure, which was 30ish mins at least. I felt that was too long to have my nails soaking in acetone.
The pedicure was appreciated but they were kind of rough and cut what I felt was a bit too much off the sides of my toenails (they're a little sore now) and I also got a small cut down on one toe. When trimming the sides, they cut halfway down and then tugged it off quite painfully which was not appreciated when I feel the nail cutter could've just been used. They also unfortunately gave me the wrong color polish. I asked for the same color on both sets of nails, was shown the color and agreed to it, and then in the photo you can see they are very different. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the toe color ????. Also I'm not sure if the hot stones were included in the regular pedicure I scheduled but the total did come out to more than expected so it's possible they gave me a more expensive pedicure? (Not sure about that last part though)
Then back to my manicure when the pedicure was done, they went back in with the dremmel even though my previous manicure could've come right off. I understand it's necessary to make the nail rougher before dipping, but I feel they used the tool excessively and so much that the friction was burning. The dremmel also kept catching on just about every finger beside my nail. I have a couple spots where I was skinned from it. I'd really love to give a good review but it was honestly kind of a painful experience ???? sorry! At least they look good!
Nails are not done good anymore, now is expensive, destroyed my and my daughter's eyebrows. The only good thing there is the Hispanic girls that do feet, they really do a great job, so that's why I gave 2 stars, they're also now so rude!!
Nails are amazing!! Lashes are even more amazing! I love it!! Everyone’s welcoming, everyone greets you! I would definitely recommend it! :)
Horrible service, went to get acrylics with my mother and asked for the same shape but we got completely different results, when asked if she can make them a more tapered square she just brushed the file on the sides which did nothing, when asked if they can be fixed a horrible attitude and inappropriate things were said as well ( had an AirPod in that translated most of what was said but was clarified with the reaction the workers had after it was said) disgusting treatment from this employee (she speaks English well and was at the register most of the time) ‼️DEFINITELY NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️
Honestly, I was very irritated. I was one of the first customers to go in. I showed them my nails and told them I needed my acrylics off because I was getting a French mani. You are supposed to soak acrylics off!! The lady completely disregarded that and went in with the drill she drilled so much that she drilled my actual nails. Drilled so much it began to hurt and when I flinched away she told me to relax! She burnt my nails! They’re literally thinner than paper. They hurt. And she didn’t do a good job in my nails. They look sloppy. If I could post a picture I would! My nails still hurt a day after and are very sensitive. I’m never going back here again. Never should you ever drill someone’s nails the way this lady drilled mine. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Oh, and to add in, the lady took out a cuticle cutter and tried to rip pieces of the acrylic off of my nail?! AGAIN, soak nails not rip and drill acrylic nails off!!
UPDATE: it hasn’t even been a week and all my nails have broken and have cracked in ways they shouldn’t! Never going back here!
They did a great job they did my fiancée nails we getting married today.
