So I found this spot on google and it is amazing! It smells so good and the customer service is excellent. Ethan did my nails he is good at shaping and he listens. Ivy did my pedicure she has a soft touch and got my toes together. Check out the kool slippers they give you! She also does good nails I watched her do the women next to me nails. This place is clean and organized. I do recommend to everyone if you haven't been here before.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 14 years. They are fabulous!! Jlo is the best!! I give her creative freedom and she always does a great job!

Nail techs will try to add polish that you don’t ask for and charge you for it. I asked for regular acrylic and they did gel. When I got the pedicure the lady immediately started to give me gel polish when I didn’t ask for it. Gel is an extra $25-35 for each service. Please ladies be sure they understand what you want them to do and confirm the price with them before they touch you. Overall nail techs did an okay job. It was not worth the price they charge.

I was very upset with my results, first of all they messed up my nails by the lady cept smudging them, second she messed up the flowers that were on my nails and they came out very crooked, third she didn't give me the yellow I asked for so I had to ask for them again and she messed them up. I am very mad and upset, me and my cousin will not be going there again.

My wife and I have been coming here ever since the grand opening and we've received excellent service everytime. The folks are nice and percise when it comes to professionalism. We enjoy our time there along with some of the fun conversations with the technicians. Would definitely recommend!

I got a fill in by Helen and it was the worst experience I have ever had. She was extremely rough, charged me extra, and I had to tell her to fix a few of my nails that were lifting. I mentioned this to the guy at the checkout counter and it was dismissed. I am a regular customer at this nail salon but after experiencing what I did today I will not be returning.

I've been to this place three times and will continue to go. I love the vibe, they get you in and out and provide a great service. I can't speak to pricing because I'm still getting used to post COVID pricing on EVERYTHING but it seems to be in line with what other shops are charging. I recently requested a specific person, and I won't say her name but I requested her because she was a straight shooter, she spoke her mind and definitely didn't mind telling me my color choice wasn't the best for me and then helped me choose one I loved. I can only speak for me but I LOVE that she voiced her opinion...my last best nail tech was like that and I showed up faithfully for over 3 years!

One of the cleanest nicest nail salons Douglasville has to offer. The staff is so nice and great communicators and understanding at what client's desire. Love the atmosphere. The pedi chairs are amazing. The prices are reasonable. This place is your best bet!
